All these feeling are being caused by E2 and it's the worst feeling you can experience. But do remember that after u experience these feelings which are caused by E2 other problems in life will not effect u that much cause u have already felt the worst feeling possible already. So therefore when a real problem in life comes u will be able to face them without getting emotional and in logical way. Which will help u rise in life and will lead u to success... You become stronger.. E2 is training ur emotions..

Try to think this way... If u have already gone thru worse and survived that then how the hell is anyone supposed to break you or hurt you?.. . Answer is

Nothing noticeable changes found inside me. So nothing to update this day

At this moment finding some hope of life. I wish it sustain forever.... I strongly realized that the root of all my worries are financial instability. From the very beginning of my life I struggled a lot regarding this so I want a financial stability in my life.

Still suffering for fever. Taking medicine according to the instruction of doctor. Very few physical improvement. Mentally were very exhausted. In between all of them found some hope about future of life which is a good sign.

Average listening time: 3-4 hours a day
Enjoying holidays. Sometimes fearful dreams comes to me. Sometimes frustration covers me. Sometimes hope and inspiration make me joyful but it's rare case. Tension and frustration comes to me most of the time. specially tension about job and financial stability tension irritate me very much. Entire family suffering for fever. This is also another source of my tension.

Listening Hour- 01 hour (Day - 29)
Huge electricity crisis here. There were no power in my cell / other devices. So failed to listen at least 4 hours a day. Next day have to complete remaining hours.

Listening hour-03 hours (Day-30)
Almost one month I'm listening E2 and my experience is frustration, tension, anxiety, depression, fear, lack of concentration etc always covered me. No motivation in life. Seems I forget how to laugh. Have to overcome those situation.

It sounds like it's working on some important things if you're feeling all that, it's recommended atleast 3-6 months on E2 for a reason. The low motivation can happen as i've mentioned on E2 and at some stage the emotions should clear up and you'll feel better.

It's a sign that some things are being worked on.

Yes Ben I will continue 3 months with E2. But it's really hard to cope with those feelings and emotions. I am passing very hard time.

According to the instruction of Shannon I started listening 06 hours a day. In morning felt very tensed but right now feeling as quite good than morning

According to the instruction of Shannon I increased my listening time. Now I am listening 06 hours a day. First day feeling is better than previous days. Almighty knows how will go my next days. Hope will go better.

Feel happy to know that Shannon also going to include Healing and Clearing (H&C) with MLS 5.5.

Listening hour-02 hours
Last night I slept down after starting the subliminal but my younger brother turned off it after my sleep so failed to listen 06 hours. Have to cover remaining 04 hours today. Totally I have to listen 10 hours in today. Already one loop listened. Entire day in front of me for listening remaining 09 loops. Hope I'll able to do that.

Probably I found the root of my problem. The root is tension about money. If I had enough money for survive provably I didn't have those tensions. I'm thinking to take my next subliminal for money making (after 03 months completing of E2). I found Become A Successful Entrepreneur 2.1 is the subliminal regarding that. Is there anybody who has the experience of using this sub? How much effective that? Is there any possibility of releasing 5.5G of this? Please let me know that.
