Quote:I've only been using AM6 for 11 days, is it okay if I just switch to DMSI? It seems to have a better rep.

No it's best not to, it's best to finish AM6 when you've started. I'm not sure what you mean about the rep, AM6 has alot of great journals and DMSI is experimental.

Zane you're giving bad advice again, people should be following the instructions.
Worst case is that I just re-do the first 11 days right? Whereas starting DMSI and finishing it is less demanding and less time, get that out of the way and then do AM6?

Well, he said he's been using it for 11 days and it's a multistage program so if he wants to use DMSI now he can switch after few days gap.. If he would have said that he's listen to AM6 for 3-4 months then I would have told him not to switch to DMSI..

AM6 is a great program but it's a multistage program as u know it. DMSI is much more advance in tech than a regular 5G program..

If u are interested in DMSI then you can use it.. I suggest u ask Shannon. He might be able to tell you how much days of gap u need before you switch to DMSI.

Also by less demanding and less time if u mean in matter of loops and listening hours then yes.

But do remember DMSI and AM6.. Have different goals as stated in the description.
iiXeno, read the instructions for AM6 and FOLLOW THEM.

One of the biggest of those instructions is, OINCE YOU START THIS PROGRAM, FINISH IT!!!

So no, it is not okay to just switch to DMSI. Finish AM6.

I can't understand why it's so hard to read the instructions and follow them. Zane, you should definitely know better than that.
I took 4 days off of am6 because of you zane :p

Since it's technically not a week off, I don't have to restart, but I don't plan on making up 12+ hrs a day to catch up for what was missed.

So I guess I shall restart? I wanted to switch to dmsi because it's less listening with my 12 hr work shifts and all.
Well, keep us updated on ur AM6 journey. By the time u have finished AM6.. DMSI would have improved alot more.

Also, there is an app on playstore "Macrodroid". I have configured it that app to autoplay and pause subs. So It plays my sub automatically at a specific time...

The Only thing is that I use it on an old tablet which I hardly use.

In the instructions, it helps you what to do in this case...

Just add 1.5 days for each day you missed. You missed 4 days so add 6 to your listening schedule for that stage
