One more thing to know. I will listen those subliminal from my mobile device. So sometime my listening may be interrupted due to incoming calls or outgoing calls. In that case what to do? Shall I restart that subliminal from beginning (after that call) or just listen from there where I stopped? Query is applicable for AM, WM & DMSI.

Keep phone on airplane mode until you finish listening to all your loops of dmsi. If it is with am,wm,sm, it doesn't matter if you need to attend your call
But for dmsi, you should not have a single second of interruption during your listening session, because that will impact your results.
Make a Playlist for dmsi for however many loops Shannon recommends for 3.1 and listen to it fully from start to finish with no interruption!

Hello I have something more to know.
+.If I listen AM-6 in parallel with watching some video tutorial in my laptop (like in one player I will play AM-6 and in another player I will play my video tutorial where the volume of AM-6 will be much lower than the volume of video tutorial and even in some cases the volume of AM-6 will not reach in my ear due to the volume of video tutorial) then would it be work same as I listen it individually by shipping ear bud in my ear?
+. During my office period (from 9 AM to 5 PM) I will play the silent subliminal of AM-6 with full volume in my laptop. In this case I will use Silent one so that it can't be the cause of disturbance for my all other colleagues. Would this listening work fine or be any problem?
Be noted: All my colleagues are 18+ both male and female.
Each day I get only 6 hours for sleeping. So if I listen them only during sleeping time then I will not be able to convert at least 8 hours a day.
I am asking such question because without practicing such way I will quite impossible for me to listen at least 10 hours in a day. Because in day time I remain completely busy with my job (except holidays) and evening time I remain completely busy with my academic preparation. So I have to manage them such way.

You need to be able to consciously hear the AM6 track if it's masked. If it's silent, it must be properly calibrated so you can still hear it despite other audio playing from the same source.
That sounds like a good idea for your job, but some of the younger employees may be able to hear the ultrasonic track. I know I can hear it and I'm 21. If the speakers have a really high frequency range like up to 25khz or so, it's more "silent" than having speakers just at 20khz. You also need to make sure the volume won't be too loud. And just so you know, it might affect those who are in hearing range of it besides you. But hey, you gotta get those hours.
