Day 10
I am really getting my ass kicked. I just hope it's the sub working and not communicating with this girl I am set to see on the 10 th of Jan. Got up this morning at about 4;35am so angry I couldn't sleep. Worked out,didn't help. Went to the store..nothing. Got back and listed to dmsi for 3 loops.
In that time I went from Angry as hell when I started. 2 hours in I felt everything was ok. She and I could fine someway to make it work or if she went with some other guy cool didn't bother me. No sicking,painful stomach shit like I would normally get when I think about her with someone else. But by the end of the run it ALL fell apart. I was CRAZY DEPRESSED,the I don't want to live kind. I hope this is DMSI working some DEEP shit out because I don't know how much more of this I can take. I am also short with EVERYONE even my dog. That's messed up for me I love my dog.
This is pretty normal, par the course of DMSI. It will pass. You just need to hang in there long enough to allow it to.
Like everything DMSI related, it takes a few weeks to adjust. Who you are on Day 10 and who you will be by Day 21 are going to be two different people.
Just keep at it and be patient with yourself.

Day 12
I was hoping Shannon or anyone here could tell me something.
I listen to my subs at about 9am, I sleep like crap. Have for a lomg time maybe 3 straight hours then a lot of tossing and turning the rest of the night which is maybe 2-3 more hours. I read here where a lot of people feel like they need more sleep but I always feel that way. Is my poor sleep maybe affecting my subs?
When I listen to the subs during the day I just set back and rest. There used to be slight tingling in the hands and other areas. But now I have a ALL OVER body tingle that last for what sometimes seems like 10 mins. And even longer in the lower legs. What does this mean or indicate?
My emotions are still ALL OVER THE PLACE!! They differ sometime from the begging,middle.and end of the sub. Angry,Confusion,crying, rage...

Your sleep is unlikely to be affecting the subliminal. More likely, the other way around.
I don't know why you have the tingles.
I noticed my sleep has suffered as well and I listen during the day well before time to sleep. I find I sleep a bit better on days I use the masked track instead of hybrid.
There a couple of instances where I also had strong tingles in my hands and feet. Almost like I had energy surging there. It may have been because of the emotional circumstances (which I won't disclose rn), but still the only time I ever had those sensations in my life were when I worked with my chakras. This was stronger than that.

maxx55 yes the sensations are very strong and seem to last longer the more i listen. But for me they seem to start at the front of my body and spred up and down from there. When I think of a girl I am in a "situation" with right now the tingling in my chest turns to a very hot,solid pulsing.
Bordering on uncomfortable. As it starts to go away my feet and and lower legs are the last to get it and they go for a LONG time. Same for today. maxx55 I'm on day 13 how long have u been running it?
Day 14
I had my first dream since starting. I was hoping Shannon and the rest of you guys would tell me what u think it means.
I think it was short. This all I rememer. I was in a major city somewhere there where a lot of Giraffe in the middle of a 2 lane major street. The area they were in was pretty big,lots of grass and trees to feed on. Adults and baby giraffe. And for some reason someone came out of no where and started shooting and killing them. They would just fall over dead. The others didn't run they just kept eating until they got shot. I went to a phone booth and called someone to tell them about this , I was crying pretty bad. I just kept asking why they were killing them..no answer. Then I realize a woman was doing the killing. Don't know if that matters. That's it.
I don't remember or dream a lot anyway so I would love to here what u guys think.
Whenever in a dream u see something die it usually means that... Some old belief of u is dying and a new belief is gonna take place.
The giraffe and the woman killing is proof that your old and nice guy type attitude is dying. While u saw that happening u got afraid and didn't want that 2 happen so. You tried to call the police....
This dream is about death and it represents your fear of change... So in short it was ur fear being released..

Day 23
Shannon or anyone else who thinks they can help with this. So including this dream I am about to describe,one other dream and body heat and for the first time my ears getting hot today, no other outward signs.
The dream did not seem long. I was in Harrison Ford's house. I asked him where he was building his new house. He pointed to the window furthest away from where I was standing. So I went and looked out the window it was very average, small houses,nice lawns regular suburbs. But kinda run down. Next we are in a old school Bronco. We go up and/or over a bridge or something, I can't see it. We are in the air maybe 5 or 6 flights. We come down fast with no impact. To the left there is a HUGE building with one clean small cross on it. Harrison is driving and I'm in the back. He says I always wondered about that place but never saw a way over there. No bridge,street,tunnel nothing. I should mention Harrison Ford looks about his mid 30's. Next we are in a mall. He right away starts to get mobbed with people. He becomes annoyed. Grabs me by the throat then puts me on the ground then he gets on the ground next to me and somehow while still holding me by the throat and keeping my head even with his head moves fast like a running dog through the mall telling me " I bet no one notices' us now. I should mention his grip on my throat tickles it doesn't hurt but I am rolling the whole time. We go until we stop in front of a woman who looks at us both and says Han Solo? I'm laughing my ass off. She says what are u guys doing? He says "making out" and pretends to make out with me, at a distance of course. He looks at me and says "you first", I say jokingly " your the one with the money make me an offer" we laugh and stand up. I see younger people I think I'm related too but I can't remember them. They want to be introduced so I see him a few feet ahead of me taking selfies with fans and that's it. Very weird . I'm a huge Star Wars fan, well as a kid but never had a dream with any of the actors in it.
What do u guys think? I tend to think it id DMSI because I have not had a dream in YEARS before DMSI. Celebrity effect?
And one question. Does the sniper activate when your chest is warm and u see a woman u are attracted too? And does the sniper work while still going trough healing and cleaning because there is a woman that I am very into and if I just look at her picture my chest gets pretty hot. Is that it working?
Lastly sorry abot the way the post reads. DMSI still has me kinda scatterbrained and I was trying to remember the dream as I was typing it.

Hey Shannon today when I listened to the to my loops on loop 2 and 3 there was something different. On the second loop it seemed like the TS moved from the center of the track to the side and I could hear some of the script clearly. And on the thrid loop it was way more relaxing this time. Normally it is very energizing. Is this normal?
