I wanted to know If I could run PE at night and LM during the day or is this combo prohibed because PE is B/C and LM is B/D?
Did anyone tried this combo?

I already read that but I was asking if someone tried it since they are not major program and they are more like hybrid B not true C and D.
But following what you said that mean I can run PE et AOS for exemple?

It's mainly to get you maximum results. Type C and D are very demanding and doing both won't get as good results in either direction hence why Shannon has the guidelines.
