I'm going to run LTU for a minimum of 6 months. My last run was a pathetic 70 days. I'm going to crush that record and maybe even go for a year.
This sub worked when I ran it a few years ago, even though I was in an extremely negative time in my life. I believe that it was the catalyst that motivated me to re-enroll into college and get my degree.
The main thing I want out of this sub is the social enhancements and burning desire to work. I'm likely to move soon and these are paramount to my success in business.
DISCLAIMER:
I took a vow to stop jacking off and am now about day 50. My previous record of NoFap was 450 days, so I got a while until I beat that one. (No pun intended.) This is something everyone on here should do, as it will make any sub work much better. Furthermore, jacking off is a physiological affirmation that you are incapable of attracting and banging the women you want. Don't do that to yourself.
Also, I created a tapping technique that destroys limitations and so far it's been the best subliminal supplement ever by a landslide. I'll be using it frequently throughout my sub run as I have with all the others.
With T3 and NoFap, my results will NOT be typical, they will likely be vastly enhanced. That being said, this and the other subs do work on their own without other therapies, so keep that in mind.
Awesome, finally a journal that is not about DMSI
But Shannon said not to tap while using subs?

Let me explain: I'm an expert on tapping. I've been doing this for close to 10 years. I understand why Shannon would say that, that's smart. He doesn't want a bunch of his customers using 50 other "techniques", which honestly could screw with the programming. Since I'm a seasoned pro with this stuff, I consider myself an exception to this rule.

I hardly see how being on nofap for so long could improve results so much? On what fact or scientific evidence could this be true? Even in theory it doesn't make sense to me.
As far as my experience with nofap, I never saw any improvement after 1 week or 2. After around 1 week I'm very horny and after 2 week it's like nothing is happening anymore. The best I did was 1 month and I never saw any improvement after doing it, it actually did the opposite.
As far as this forum is concerned I never saw anyone reporting amazing results because they were doing nofap. But I did observe that the ones who were concerned with no fap were the one who usually are not successful with women. It doesn't mean everyone is of course, I didn't say that and I'm not saying you are by the way, just that I noticed this tendency.
Then there is what Shannon said about this practice and it goes in the same direction.
So as a conclusion on my part, I see nofap as a useless practice when it goes more than a 2 weeks period. And the difference is so minimal that I think most people won't even notice the difference anyway.
I also don't see why "jacking off is a physiological affirmation that you are incapable of attracting and banging the women you want " To me it's a way to pleasure myself when I'm alone and since you can't have a woman all the time around you it is sometimes really useful. When a woman is masturbating we don't say it's because she is incapable of attracting men in her life because most women attract men easily. So there are a lot of others reason as to why humans masturbate, it's not only because you can't attract the opposite sex.
welcome back, fellow texan.

Hey Alpha360, I can tell a difference in how you're writing. It's more alpha. Good job man!
I could write all day about the positive results of NoFap, but websites like:
www.yourbrainonporn.com do a much better job.
I'll say this though: if you're jacking off without the use of porn, that's
significantly better than jacking off WITH porn.
Porn has been proven to seriously fuck up your brain.
If you're having trouble with women, one major problem could be porn. If you're struggling with them, I PROMISE abstaining from porn and masturbation will make a big difference.
I'll end my rant by saying my favorite line:
"If you do what everybody else does, you'll get the same results as everybody else."
The average guy jacks off every day. The average guy also has mediocre results with women.
Do you want to be like every other guy? Or do you want to be in the minority of guys who are successful. Something to think about.
Masturbation isn't the issue. It's masturbating to porn that really fucks your brain up. I went nofap and saw tremendous benefits. It takes longer than two weeks for the reset to occur. Took about 2 months before I started seeing results.
Porn is another thing, but like masturbation as long as you are not doing it everyday and depleting all your energy, something like once every 4 days or every week it won't do anything to your success with women.
That's how I see it. I think the porn thing is exaggerated, I have gone months without porn, if after 3 month I look at a porn video and jack off on it I don't see anything going lower with my attraction regarding women. Maybe there is something but it's so subtle that I don't notice it.
I'm tempted to look at this website but personal experience and the constant testimonial on this forum doesn't back up any of those theory.
Tell me at least one person on this forum who saw an amazing change after stopping porn and started dating women after he stopped masturbation. Maybe there is one or 2.
"The average guy jacks off every day. The average guy also has mediocre results with women. " It's one extreme, being on the extreme is never something good usually. There is the guy who jack off everyday, that's someone addicted to porn. There is also the guy who was addicted to porn and think his brain was damaged from it so he end up going to the other extreme which is to stop masturbation all together.
Then there is the decent guy, who is not addicted to porn but from time to time watch a porn video, or jack off without anything, something like every 4 to 7 days. That's something I consider normal. There are a lot of guys very successful with women who does exactly that.
There is only theory I give credit to regarding that area, it's the people who says they learn to control the sexual energy while not masturbating, They are able to use the energy and transform it into something else. That's something which seems possible. But no masturbation without anything else tons of guys has done it, it doesn't seem to change anything and could actually do something worse.
Edit: It does something if the person is addicted to porn or masturbate too much, like everyday or more. But take someone who is not addicted and you probably won't notice anything.
Quote:"The average guy jacks off every day. The average guy also has mediocre results with women. "
In this case I probably should start to jack off every day. Mediocre results would be a major improvement here, lol.
Porn isn't the problem. It's like saying watching violent action movies every day makes you into violent maniac, especially if you beat off to them. Lol.
It's society and how they contructed this idea that gorgeous women should be placed on a pedestal, i.e American Pie scene where that dumbass jizzes his pants infront of a hot girl. It's the ultimate prize, to get laid with a hot girl so guys will do anything to get it. Porn is just a small thing, of course a woman will do porn. They get paid like crazy for doing something enjoyable, the rest that comes with it can be ignored.
To problem isn't porn, the average guys problem is that he doesn't know shit about how things work, have no game and doesn't know how to flip the script on women.
The only thing porn and beating off too much can hurt is your sexual performance. Other than that, the theories make little sense. Alright, you watch 2 people fuck, what's the big deal? It's different for different people. It's also how some people USE drugs while some MISUSE drugs, there's a difference. Some people have addictive personalities.
I think it would actually do something but it's something so subtle. Like watching the news, there is so much "fear stuff" in it. But what those theory are telling is that if you stop porn or masturbation you will get laid or get laid every day, or become a different man or have a life changing improvement.
That's exaggerated to me. Yeah if you were addicted to it, looking at it everyday, sure you will see an improvement but you were addicted to it so that's normal to begin with.
But even there, that's not because you stop it that very you will get laid, maybe you will have more luck though because you will have more time. And more energy. But that's it, you won't project that sexual energy like with DSMI or become a sex god because you stopped masturbation.
You guys believe what you want. I was on the fence too. Go check out
www.yourbrainonporn.com and read the science behind this.
I went 450 days without jacking off, and while it isn't a cure-all as some might claim, it has an abundance of positive benefits.
Let's also focus on the fact that you're arguing FOR masturbating to porn. If you are having the results you want with women, by all means, wank all you want. But if you're not, you might consider abstaining just to see what happens.
Agree on Geodude here. I'm actually on nofap, noporn and no edging. Makes you not only much, much more present with women, but with life in general.
If you do not get laid, drop all these things. Go for a few months without orgasm. My max is four, and nothing bad happens even there. I've even told women I do nofap, and they want to "drain" me
Still not convinced
, but I can understand that it does help. I never saw much difference personally.
