This is unrelated to LTU, but I'm at 100+ days of NoFap. Feel like my brain is finally healing back to normal. Around day 90 I had a massive urge to look at porn, but now I have no desire to jack off whatsoever despite having high test from working out. Smile

Hey man - always enjoy your journals. I have a question - does no fap include avoiding regular sex?

Frosted

Geo what would you say is the difference between WM and LTUs "good vibes"? I'm at the point where I need some positive emotions in my life and I was wondering if I could run LTU as a substitute for WM. WM made me feel awesome but it made me less alpha as well.

Nope. I always say, "The only time you can splooge is if you're aimed at a woman's face or lower back."

Run LTU. It's a great sub.
Well, things are going great so far. This sub might be the best sub you can run if you're starting a new job or school.

I've been at my new job for a week and I'm loving it.
Well I made it 4 months (?) doing this sub but I have to quit early. I have to wear earplugs while I use the CPAP machine my doctor prescribed me. If I didn't share an office with someone, I'd just play the subs all day during work. Ah well.

This was a fantastic sub and it remains one of the best you can possibly run.
