Hi, since my brain knows subliminals and listens to what they say, if I listen to books while I sleep will my brain know the book so I can just read many books while I'm sleeping and kindof like uploading a book into my brain? Will I become very smart listening t books when i sleep or not? Please help me understand!
Why do you feel the need to make topics with all capitals like it's so important then ask weird questions in them?

Atleast make the topics related to your question now like "HEY HEY PLEASE HELP" and not in all capitals.

You remember everything you are exposed to through any sense during your whole life at the subconscious level. However, making that information accessible and useful to the conscious mind is another matter. You can learn while you sleep, but it's another matter entirely to remember what you learned while you sleep. That's why most people believe that sleep learning does not work. It's not that it doesn't work, it's that exposure to the information is only half the process - the other half being the development and enabling of conscious recall. Not so simple.

I don't think he realizes that all caps means shouting on the Internet. And I don't think he's so much a troll as someone who's just starting out in learning this stuff - at least from what I have seen. I might have asked the same question when I was in highschool.
Ok thanks you guys
