A few more days and I'll be done with E2, I suppose I'll see then if anything will change.

mat, there are times when being optimistic has it's place, however if something has not worked for a long time then it's ignorance. Reading your journals it seems to me like you haven't received much from these subs either, but that's just my opinion so take it as such and nothing more.

In the end we hold our lives and destinations in our own hands, if we waste our lives away doing things that don't bring us closer to where and how we want to be, then we can never reach our true potential.
I'd appreciate it if you wrote up a summary of your E2 experience after you finished it. I know you said it hasn't worked for you, but just some things like number of hrs, track usage, etc. could be useful.

Shannon should see this because iirc he said that because of how E2 works it can't be completely resisted.

I understand. I've gotten a lot of benefit from these subs though. No they aren't huge life altering changes, but they bring me one step closer to where I want to be.

It's all well and good you want to try something different. But what else did you have in mind? If you could I'd recommend a hypnotherapist, someone you can build rapport with and get into your deeper issues with. The problem is I've yet to see or encounter anything out there as a product that competes with Shannon's subliminals. I've been around a lot of self help stuff and about 90% of it is just pure trash with people regurgitating what others have said before them and looking to make a quick buck.

I'll give that a thought, perhaps within the next week.

I see your point about the comparison. On paper and the sales page, the results that are promised are nearly impossible to pass by other products on the market. However to me it hasn't delivered, ASC is the only one with which I felt some sort of a difference, but now I have discovered that when I set my focus on confidence I can reach a similar state, so perhaps it wasn't ASC, but my focus all along. Taking this into consideration, anything else that doesn't deliver can compete quite well.

A lot of the self help stuff IS trash. However there are things that do really work. Meditation, self hypnosis, EFT, affirmations, herbs that have been in use for 1000s of years and plenty more.

How do you really measure change? I measure change by what choices I make. If I keep making the same choices that lead me to the same results, then there obviously is no change.

That's a good way to measure change. I mean I used to be borderline agoraphobic before E2, couldn't even hold down a job. A lot has changed for me, but from the outside perspective of other people it still probably looks like my life is in shambles. It's all about where you're coming from and making sure you aren't unfairly comparing yourself to everyone else around you.

Hmm, my alternative doctor (basically a psychologist who is into woo woo stuff) suggested the same thing to me that subs were working because I was focusing on the goal and that it was a placebo. If that were true I wouldn't need subs because I was trying with all my might to change before subs (I wanted to change soooo bad) and I had all the theory in the world yet it did jack squat. Maybe you will say that it was cause I had faith in the product... nope, I was so skeptical that literally my life was changing before my eyes and I didn't concede until the end of stage 5 of my first AM6 run when it became undeniable to me. Wish I never deleted my AM6 journal :/.

Idk, I have doubts all the time too that subs don't work. Maybe for you it's different though idk, maybe you came from a better place because I was an omega making the slow painful transition into a gamma. I was extremely fucked up.

Edit: You should run WM2 for anxiety, it is an absolute destroyer of anxiety and it makes you so comfortable in general. If I had never ran WM2 I would still have massive anxiety and be uncomfortable in my day to day life. And especially social anxiety takes a massive hit. You have nothing to lose cause if it doesn't work you can just get a refund. And btw, I'm weary of OF and OGSF and a little bit of E2 as well cause they don't really seem to do as much as positive programs like LTU, WM2 etc. I think they're best used in conjunction with positive programs rather than by themselves. Also that reminds me, you could do LTU as well I think you would like it. So as an example LTU(6month)>AM6 (or refresher)> WM2 and if that doesn't work for you then you can swear off subs forever if you want. Or at least until 6g.

Edit 2: actually I don't think it's so much that clearing problems don't do anything it's just that the changes can be hard to track and it can be depressing because there is always something more to do and you always feel like shit. That's why I like programs like LTU and WM2. WM2 will make you into the most optimistic person ever.

I suppose I'll have a week to think about it. I can relate to your view on clearing programs such as OF, OFGS and E2 although E2 has a lot of positive programming according to the sales page.

WM2 is another big commitment of 7 months, right now I doubt I'd run it, but I'll give it some further thought. I've always wanted to run LTU, but there has never really been a good time for it. I need to go over my priorities and decide after that. I do know that I want more optimism in my life.
I have started supplementing with Ashwagandha for the past few days. The difference is very noticeable. For a long time I've been sleeping anywhere from 9 to 12 hours per day and feel extremely exhausted. Bad quality sleep which then reflects on my daily life. Now I seem to only need 5-7h of sleep and feel a lot better than I ever did with my previous sleep.

Also when I didn't supplement with Ash, I always felt incredibly edgy and anxious without enough sleep, now with 6h of sleep I feel quite relaxed! That is a huge improvement for me and this alone is improving my life quality a lot! Amazing adaptogen!

Yesterday was my last day of E2 (180).

I started E2 with roughly 20h per day for about a month which was quite a lot. That was followed by 14h per day for another month and then I did consistent 3 months of 10-12h per day. For the last 2 weeks I've been listening for 2-3 loops per day. The different times do feel different, latter being the most natural feeling most of the time. Anything over 10-12h is just too much and gives this annoying simulated feeling. Personally I'd recommend 3-10 loops per day if you don't want E2 to interfere too much with your daily life.

Looking back, the changes that seemed to appear and I was so eager to write about seem to have disappeared. I remember the days vividly when I experienced seeming breakthroughs and then everything went back to how it was. Now the real question is whether it was the E2 or just a random good day.

Towards the end of my run things seem clearer. At the beginning of most subs I have tried so hard to find any positive change what so ever and thus anything positive that happens what so ever must be because of the sub. Subs really aren't the magic bullet, at least not for me. It takes a whole lot more to experience true change.

I am thinking of keeping to my own for a bit and if I were to give another sub a try, then only journal if I feel like my daily choices reflect the goal of the program.

Perhaps I am one of the more resistant personalities, perhaps subliminals don't really work as well as I expected. I hope it's the former and Shannon can find a way to help more people with subs as he progresses with his research and development.
