First off Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope everyone gets turducken

I happened to stumble across something called Magnetic Meditation, where using magnets and feeling their energies and yours interact you can remove all negative programming in your mind from negative thought loops to bad beliefs caused by previous experiences. If anyone has tried this or knows more about it and could shed some light on the subject, that'd be great.

Sounds like the body code. I tried it for a while and it kind of worked, but I didn't really notice any big lasting results.

The people who teach it seem to charge quite a bit for their classes and products. I've used magnets a lot (PEMF products) and although it can cause some crazy dreams and visuals I haven't ever had a memory erased.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Since it seems like it's mostly hype, I'll stick with other methods
