Hi bros and girls,

I have an old friend, she is having a tough time with life at the moment. She is 34, single, hates her job and rents a flat when she would love her own.

She does look at what others have gives herself a hard time as she doesn't have those things (i actually do the same!). Spends time regretting the past, and wasting the last 10 years.

She is on a good path now, but I think she could do with some more confidence, still has fears, could do with some luck, give gratitude, and emotional healing, PHEW!

I think its a waste of time suggesting EHPRA, as she wont follow through with the 8+ hours a day. I need a sub that you can listen to when you have time, on the fly? Can anyone suggest a good intro sub for her?

Any and all advice welcome Big Grin
The thing is the 8+ hours a day applies to every program not just EPRHA.

Thanks Benjamin,

I thought there may be subs in the catalog that didn't require such a large investment in time? I guess like tasters or boosters, to get people into them as a stepping stone to the big guns.
Not really, all have that requirement. Some use would be better than none but it's 8 hours for a reason.. our old patterns didn't happen overnight so it needs consistency to reprogram ourselves.
I would give her Life Tune up Sub

Thanks Benjamin, i'll see if i can get her to start EPRHA for 30 days. If i help her setup the speakers in her room it might be a good start Smile
