I haven't updated for a while because there's been nothing to report on.
I have been playing this sub for an average of 12-14 hours a day on both masked and ultrasonic through earphones. I have made the effort to vary my social habits but there haven't been any 'promptings' or 'nudgings' since I last reported. I haven't felt the urge to do anything regarding going places or being somewhere in particular. I haven't noticed any change in women's attitude towards me either.
One thing I have done is join the nofap brigade after watching those videos Catman mentioned. It made a lot of sense to me and I haven't fapped since 5th Nov (This is my own effort, I'm not using the nofap subliminal or anything). I plan to go the 90 days despite some very near relapses and the occasional edging session. I haven't watched porn either although I do still look at hot chicks on you tube. This is a great achievement so far as the longest I've managed in my life has been 10 days, after which I was almost crawling the floor trying to resist the desire for a tug. I keep trying to give myself excuses to relapse but I know that's the withdrawal symptoms. On the positive side I do feel more energised and healthy within myself.
I'll keep playing the AYP sub. It''s almost 4 months so I'm technically halfway through it.
Being 5G I wouild have expected some more obvious and faster results like 4kingdoms had, especially as there's no other nichy requirements like specific hair colours, bodily or personality traits!
Did join a couple of dating sites but as usual I just get matched to the old trogs.
Hey all, I've been away for a while trying other subs from another producer which fitted my needs more than Indigo. That's not a criticism of Indigo, just that I was trying subs Indigo don't do. I expect to finish them over the summer and I'm also handling a few issues which I've ignored for too long. I expect these to be cleared up in the next few months as well.
Just a quick heads up on this sub. Well I quit using it at the end of the last year. I eventually did 4 months of around 12 hours a day (u/s and stream). Unfortunately no results or anything at all that I could see. To be honest I wasn't really up for just a sexual partner anyway but I wanted to try an AYP 5G. I really wanted to do an AYP 5G Romantic version but only the sexual version was 5G. But from reading about the sexual lovers, from 4Kingdoms and Shannon's observations, I just wasn't happy running a sub for something I didn't really want and was somewhat relieved to have stopped using it. My plan next is to take Sept/Oct off and have no subs at all then start on a AYP Wealthy Romantic Lover which I should have run to start with.

Makes sense that it didn't work for you, because in your heart you wanted romance!!!
Yes but I knew that from the start! Your journal really encouraged me but I also hoped the person I attracted would be at least a bit into the romance side of things but from reading about the sexual variants it became clear that I won't get that.
However I will be running AYP wealthy romantic lover and that is something I do want, very much, so I should have better success.
I've also thought about re-running AM/WM which I will do but from experience after my previous runs with them I don't want to be single

Well that makes sense why AYPSL didn't work even after 4 months because you always wanted deep down in your heart a romantic lover not just a Sexual lover.....so the sub listened to what your subconscious really craved and never manifested it.
