Have you experienced any moments of total presence and gratitude? Zen is more about presence (and gratitude to what is) than the Spock-like side-effect of applying logic and understanding to situations.

Nothing out of ordinary happened to today. I think I feel calmer will see how the next few days progress.

If it has never happened before, and it has happened during the period when you have been using this sub, then it is most likely the sub.
In fact it has happened before, this was before i used the subs. My goal is to have a more consistent calmness.

Nothing to report. I have decided to use the BIATBWR after day 32 in conjunction with Zen attitude
Day 31
Nothing out of the ordinary perhaps the ZA has kicked in but I have not noticed.

Began listening to both Become Irresistably attractive sexually to beautiful women and ZA together.
The dreams came back again. In the dream my father had giant ears like an elephant OMG.
Wokeup feeling very good with myself more relaxed.

Switching to a new sub will start a new journal
I think it is great that you use subs which seem important for your situation right now. But at the same time it is sad to see a "god" changing after just a small time, I mean, 35 days if you are immortal, that is a real short period of time.
Anyway, I wish you all the best for you new journey and I'd be happy if you stayed with BIATBWS for 120 days or more. That would seem godlike to me!
