I dont know whether its the sub or just being so stressed. I am beginning to feel really down in the dumps over alot of stuff that is going on in my life right now. Will see how things pan out over the next few days.
Day 10

Was feeling very sad yesterday I do not believe this was the due to the subliminals but i might be wrong. Unfortunately the last 7 months my parents are going through a rough patch. Having heard that my mother was in tears last week really moved me.

I hate to see my mother suffering in this way and it really hit me last night. I was in tears.

Last night I had a dream of a space craft taking off then as it headed of into the sky it toppled and crash landed. Another dream I kept missing my departure flights.
Those are interesting dreams, what do you think they mean?
Hey Thor missing departure flights might mean that no matter how hard you try to get things done, there might not be enough time.. or that it is better late than never depending on small details in your dream. You'll find more information if you google meaning of it, it's an important dream.

Good luck on you Zen journey brother!
I believe that the dreams are a reflection of the state of my mind. Having googled the dreams I came up with the following interpretations

In my dreams I keep missing my bus. Having put alot of thought into this I now understand what it means. Right now I am taking on weigh to much on my shoulders and trying to make things happen asap. When things do not go as expected I get frustrated. This is reflected in my dreams by me missing the bus. I do feel that time is running out for me and I need to get all the things I want to do done now.

I think I really need to take step back and time manage my day more efficiently and set realistic goals for myself.

Peace

Peace

Whats interesting I have become more conscious of my diet. The last few days I have been reducing the number of carbs I take in after midday and have increased my protein consumption to give my muscles adequate "building material" so to speak.

As to whether this is to do with the subs I am not sure at this point.

It's good to be also aware not to push too hard in the Mercury Retrograde time, if you're having these dreams over the last 1.5 week there could be some relatioship.
I'm normally not too bothered about astrology but I find it's good to take it easy during these particular cycles otherwise I feel like i'm pushing accelerator and brake at the same time
Day 11

Had a dream I was approaching a house with my father. Then suddenly all the doors of the house blew open as if it was haunted.

Nothing else to report. Still having bursts of anger no Zen experiences yet.

You know Brother Thor, Zen Mindset is also in AM 6. If you have AM 6, I would recommend using that instead. When I was using it, the biggest noticeable result internally was my personal zen state.
Brother SargeMaximus thankyou for pointing this out. What do you suggest I do ?Complete 32 days of Zen Attitude first then move onto AM 6 ?

Or abandon Zen Attitude and begin AM 6 ?

Peace

You know Brother Thor, it depends on what you want. I imagine you started Zen Mindset for a specific reason, yes? If it's like me (where I KNEW I needed my emotions handled, thus chose EPRHA) I'd suggest keep going till you achieve what you want.

So what do you want?

That said, AM 6 is a very potent program in that regard. At the peaks of it's effects, I felt I was merely a product of the masculine energy of the universe, no longer an egoic entity. Very trippy, and hard to explain.

But again, depends on what you want.
Hi Brother,

The reason I choose Zen Attitude was because like you said I need to be more in control of my emotions.

From your experience would be wise to switch to EPRHA now ?. Since I am alraedy nearly two weeks into using this sub.

Day 12

I think I am feeling sense of calmness. Though I still feel anger inside me regarding certain aspects of my life which I do not have under control.
