I have found that confidence does indeed tie into other things, which is why the next version of ASC (not yet in development) will be more rounded in its approach.
That said... you are seeing results. I don't know if you recognize that yet by your videos, but the changes are a result of increased self confidence. Prioritizing yourself and your needs higher, irritation with things, and your more overt confidence are all tied in. Confidence shows itself in unexpected ways sometimes.
I'm going to point out that you should not use multiple methods of mind programming simultaneously, so if you decide to do the other thing you mentioned, I agree with modality exclusivity. Whichever you choose, do it alone. It would seem a shame to have to start over again after 9 days.

Shannonized journal? I had to laugh out loud at that one.
I don't get as much time in the forums as I would like lately, but I do try to read what I can and help where I can. And really, it does not matter to me how you get to your goal, my programs or someone else's methods or what have you, I am just pleased to see people improving themselves.
By 20 days in you'll be seeing more definite results, but it probably won't really stick well long term until probably 60 to 90 days of use. When you're done doing whatever it is you do, by all means, come back and see what you can see.
