Its been a while. For the last 6 month I have used LTU 5G and with no results. Reading other people LTU journals makes me intrigue of doing it again.
So here I am, running LTU in this very day, day 1, until the day I am capable of running AM 6.0.
I just hope this run won't be a waste like the last 6 month of LTU
Maybe re-download the file from the website....
There is major difference from LTU 3.0 and LTU 3.1, at least in my experience....
...and welcome back
How are you listening to it ?

Of course, the size is significantly different. The past six month I use LTU v3.1, immediately download it after Shannon's upgrade

I listen it normally of course. Sufficient headphones (Sennheiser) and speakers (Logitech) and for better safeness I only use the masked version. At least 8 hours/day and maximum of 16 hours. Continuously for the past 6 month and didn't get results
Regardless I am doing it again until October 30. When I am capable of running AM 6.0
Day 1 - Total exposure 9 hours 30 minute
- Intense dream
- Tiredness
- More aware of the "now" ( I also trained on how being in the "now" as to Cory Skyy Magnetic Mindset )
- Feeling a bit of self-conscious when I am partnered with the most beautiful girl in my dance class

I suggest you to go for a masked suliminal headphone beast mood from 10 to 12 hours everyday. If you find issue with your result. Everyone else is getting you should get it too man.
How loud do you guys have the masked track set to at night ? (In -db) I tried sleeping whilst listening to the tricking steam track on Friday but it just wasn't happening
.
That's why I use ultrasonic to sleep, I know I wouldn't be able to sleep with the masked ones.
Just have the masked at a comfortable volume then try ultrasonic at that same volume.

People are different. For me the trickling stream is
literally relaxing! So calm yet subtly guiding me to sleep
As for dB I don't know exactly but I set my volumes as loud as I can comfortably listen to and can hear the mumbling sound in the background.
This is quite interesting as when I use headphones I can't hear the mumbling sound unless I put set it into 70%
at least. My headphone is high quality -Sennheiser HD 202 II and my speaker is normal quality Logitech Z120.

Some speakers even though mention to produce 20 KHz sound is absolute crap. I am not convinced on doing Ultrasonic with speaker maximize with only 20 KHz. Anybody knows which speaker can produce more than 21 KHz frequency please tell me.
Day 2 - Total exposure 10 hours 30 minute
Today is a bit of normal. I dream of cockroach and it felt realistic; though, I don't really open my eyes but I am calm in handling it. Nice.
Today class is just normal and we got to group ourselves into 2 groups, and I got appointed to be the leader by my classmates
The role of leading is natural for me, since primary school I always got appointed to be one. Thanks Dad for teaching me social skills
The rest went normal~

That's because some manufacturers are more honest than others, and they advertise what their speakers can actually do instead of lying where they think they'll get away with it. 20 kHz is not as good as higher frequency responses, but under 20 and you'll know it and lose out on effectiveness. Some speakers are sold as being 20 kHz upper frequency response, but are not.
I am in no way suggesting any of these specifically, since I have not tested them, but here are some examples I found on Amazon by searching for "high frequency speakers":

http://www.amazon.com/JBL-ES20-High-Perf...y+speakers
http://www.amazon.com/Dual-175-Watt-Spea...y+speakers
And of course let's not forget the daddy of them all for audio reproduction:

Thanks for mentioning them
Btw, Shannon, can you explain why in the past 6 month with LTU I didn't get any results? or maybe I am not aware of, regardless I am a bit disappointed.
I am afraid that I can't run AM 6.0.
Wow I nearly choked on my shake when I seen the price of those Klipsch speakers!

Lmao, the last speakers look like a nice upgrade for my room.
