What do you mean? How long I used the subs?

You were using hypnosis or a clearing method or something during the sub. I want to know how often cause some people say they can impact results negatively.(though some would say that they help)

I tried out EFT and PSTEC with no results. I used it on one issue and then dropped it. I removed the issue with NLP/Timeline instead. I did also a few hypnosis inductions, only for relaxation. Can't remember anything else.

The only other thing I did often was mental rehearsal for public talks I did.

However I do daily meditation, which surely affects my behaviour and decisions and therefore the results of the sub. Meaning, it may have been responsible for me aiming for high quality relationship (business relationship etc. as I wrote above) instead of quantity.

I don't know what to do next. Doing either SM3 again, BASE or even running AM6 all stages again is equally attractive. SM3 would then be in the summer, which is a cool idea. BASE however would generate some additional cash, I am sure, which is also great. AM6 would go even deeper. I just don't know what to do. ;-)
