so what i do is just listen to the trickling stream sub to a volume that im comfortable with and then switch to the ultrasonic sub and have it at the same volume as i did with the trickling stream.
Is this correct?

A way to verify that the sub is really affecting you is to see if your dream pattern had changed.
If you don't remember your dream then tell yourself every night and morning " I now always remember my dreams"
Another way is to see if you are more tired.
Or try to meditate and see if you can stay still without any thought. Usually it's a lot harder to stay still without any thought while the sub is playing.
It's doesn't you will changed overnight but at least you now you are playing the sub the right way for sure.
What sub ? Are we referring to speakers (stereo) or a speaker (mono) ? You need to be certain that you have stereo sound.

If your asking me i'm using IYPS(dick) sub and yes i use stereo.Honestly i don't think hearing the sub is the problem, it's more due to resistance....if i couldn't hear the subs i wouldn't have gained anything at all...but i did,as little as it is, it counts.
We should can this sub "the dick sub" more often, I confused my myself every time with AYP** sub.
You're using a manifestation sub ? Did you try any of the free subs first ? Try running ED HARDY for a month or two.

I used the audio speaker test a few times and i hear the sound rising and after the 20 second mark i hear silence but no crakcling or anything..so i do believe my speakers can play ultrasonic..but this sub has yet to yield results and i have only 2 months and 15 days left...then it will be 6 months of using it
