Yeah 21 hours is too much, when I was doing AM 5.0 I tried to listen a crazy amount every day and I just couldn't sleep because my mind was too active like it was constantly trying to process and I just felt drained.

From my experience I wouldn't recommend any more than 16 hours.

I think the same Is happening to me, I just cant sleep because i cant stop thinking about stuff anymore. How did you solve that after you lidtened to the subs for too many hours for days/months? And how do you handle It now, do you only listen to It while sleeping?
I think Shannon should rewrite his instruction pdf about this. At least for the beginner to begin slow about this like 10h max for them and then more.

Now you should listen around 13h or 12h so you keep a minimum balance between each stage. The guys who have done too much at the beginning was forced to reduce usage. I think it's better than being like a zombie. Plus if your brain don't have the time to process the sub you won't get as much result as other people.

I don't consider that a "big problem" though.

I will lower the hours then. I consider becoming depressive a big problem though Smile

I was about to consider medical help because I didn't know what the Issue for my depression was Im still very young (21) so It isnt normal to have depression at such a young age.

I completely forgot that I had the speaker turned on playing the subs 24 hours so I didn't think that that could be the problem until i posted here and you guys answered me.
When I say you can leave the speakers on 24/7 I don't mean you should expose yourself for 24/7. You will exhaust your mind with too much exposure, ause you cannot process the input and then the effects will slow down because you can't keep up with processing the input. 12 hours a day is fine for most people. You don't have to try to drown yourself in it. I get 8 to 12 hours a night of exposure. Overdoing it isn't going to help.
So If I leave It playing only overnight when I sleep It will be enough?
If you don't sleep more than 12 hour you should be fine Tongue
I normally sleep 8-10 hours sometimes even 11 or 12 but not very often. Lately I slept at like 5 am and woke up at 2 or 1 PM because I couldn't sleep earlier and wasn't any tired as my mind was processing the Information from the Subs 24h. But then the next whole day I was tired and didn't even want to leave my house at all and that repeated daily.
Yeah the best idea is to just reduce the listening time. Experiment to see what you can handle if you want to do more than 8-12 hours, that's what I did.
