Can ADHD be cured with a sub?
probably. The ultimate learning sub would probably cover this when and if shannon creates it.
I'm currently reading an incredible book called "Driven to Distraction by Edward Hallowell and John Ratly" about ADD/ADHD and how to deal with the negative aspects of it without losing the positives. Even just the aspects about how ADD/HD people react and how it affects their relationships blasted my mind open!
*regular exercise* well assist you fantastically in dissolving your "problem". Probably would help if you got the concentration/study aid subliminals on here as a suggestion.
Really weird that I found this thread since I was thinking about asking that myself and I'm not on any of the recommended stimulants yet.
"Delivered from distraction" is an amazing book and makes you see ADHD differently. Possibly even as a strength. The only things are the downsides which could need some help to deal with.
I wrote this elsewhere, but meditating for 30 minutes a day will cure your ADHD/ADD...As long as you do it everyday.

And if normal meditation is hard then try brainwave meditation.
