Hey wondering if anyone could tell me whether
Overcoming Pornography is in AM6 or SM3 or WM2?
I'm currently in Stage 4 of AM6, and still struggling with
the addiction, so I'm guessing its either not in AM6 or hasn't
had time to work yet.
It's definitely in am6. Worked within two days of stage 1 for me. Haven't looked at any since January.

I'm almost at stage 5 and still battling Undecided

Would you say you had an addiction before it, or just a habit?
Addiction or habit - interesting question? I guess all genders are curious about what the internet has on some of it's websites.
My experience was this (with just a habit, not an addiction):
Crushed any desire for porn first stage (or so)
Briefly went back to porn - with an interesting side-effect, very little guilt or bad feelings.
I actually like this outcome: now I am back to being off-porn, but at least now I know there is no need to go through all the guilt and annoyance associated if I return it to it (by "mistake" or deliberately). I think that is the OGSF factor of AM at work...
This outcome is nicer for me because I prefer to do (or not do) something for positive reasons, not because of guilt or bad feelings. Smile

Not sure. It was daily and taking up way too much time.
I made a conscious decision to stop a little before I started AM6 and haven't looked back since. Hasn't even been hard. A few times I have downloaded some because it seemed interesting or hot, but then I just watched some of it like regular TV (no touching etc.) and after it was finished I deleted it and continued with my day. I saw a piece last week and it actually seemed pretty weird, I'd forgotten they tend to choke the women and all kinds of other stuff than seems pretty repulsive now.

I'd recommend to delete everything you have on your hard drive(s), get rid of any DVD's, magazines, whatever, remove any bookmarks or so that you have, if you're torrenting you might look for an option to hide all xxx titles, and so on. You know you still go find some online if you want to, but if you do, then delete any files or other traces of it so its not easier the next time. I remember I deleted some 150GB's of porn or something.. :D

Also, porn tends to produce awful masturbation habits and if you don't have enough women in your life I'd recommend to look into something to correct those: maybe start with THIS and then perhaps something on MMO or ED that equates masturbation with relaxing or practice. Even alone, I don't really visualize women anymore. I just concentrate on feeling my body. Porn conditions you to get turned on by seeing other people having sex and that'd only be realistic in some swinger party thing..
Since I had touch natural grounding I stopped porn, I still have a lot of porn on one of my hard drive but I always forget to delete it. It's like some old text files for me now. I was on stage 4 when I did it for 3 weeks and then I stopped because it was not recommended with AM5.
I don't think AM has anything about porn..

But.. it may be working on an issue that causes you to want to look at porn, maybe loneliness, not feeling good enough or whatever it is, and the people noticing they are looking at porn less this is what's happening.

I say this because the Weight Loss program definately doesn't deal with porn and yet I haven't looked at it for quite a while and i've kept it up longer inbetween than in a long time.

So what I realized is that some of the same issues around my weight were wanting me to look at porn (e.g certain emotions).

Overcoming Pornography is not directly included in either AM, WM or SM because it has nothing to do with the goals of those titles. The effects of the various other threads of goal accomplishment within AM, etc. can have the effect of doing what has been described above based on how you need to adjust yourself to achieve your goal with the program. Since the Optimus Engine and the other goal threads affect this regardless, it is unnecessary to add specifically, which allows every man to change as he sees fit and how is necessary for him individually in that way.
