8 hours is the minimum you have to listen to. I was far away from alpha at begin (probably not even beta...) and had with an average slightly more than 8 hours pretty good results.

When it comes to the volume Shannon said that louder is better but lower volumes are good too, because you process it more on a subconscious level. You should be able to hear it comfortable. Just take a look into the AM6 instructions.
Yes pretty wild stuff but very exciting. As far as sleeping with 5G I found that the first week was the most disturbed and after that I got used to it. I always use the ultrasonic at night. I can sleep just fine with it playing now and when I took a break from the ASC before starting AM my sleep was fine to.

Ok that's good to know. Would you say that you don't need any "extra" sleep nowadays, with 5G during sleeping

Is the Alpha that you became, a friendly, good person type Alpha? I feel like some people's definition of Alpha is like the bad-boy do what he wants Alpha. I don't want that. I want to be liked by people.

Or does it just depend on your own personality? Like if you are a good person, then it will just make you an Alpha version of your good self. If you are a more inclined toward the bad-boy personality, it would make you be that type of Alpha?

Also, how were your results? How much did you change? Was it changes that occurred clearly from the subs? Was it AM6 that you used?
When it comes to sleep, so some stages made me really tired, stage 1 was the worst. Stage 2 and 4 felt light and good, so here not as much. But the experience with the stages is all different if you take a look to the journals. But to come to the point: yes, I think you will need some extra sleep.

To your second question: You want to be liked? Usually it's a beta thing wanting to be liked by people. But it seems like there is also an association that Alpha=Bad Boy. That's not true. You don't become a Bad Boy, you become Alpha. I don't feel the desire to treat people bad, I am interested in establish win-win situations with people, even if I am probably not 100% there due to where I come from. So you don't become a bad person, but you will also find clear and direct words in situations which require it, so you probably don't become everybody's darling, you become...well...Alpha.

EDIT: I just saw the part you added. I feel there is much difference. And yes, I am pretty sure it was the sub. In the later stages I did also some tapping, but not from begin on. So I see the tapping just as an accelerator at some points. Take a look into the summary of my journal if you want more detailed informations.

So we rely primarily on data input density.

The more data you input, and the faster you input it, within certain boundaries of limitation, the more effective the program becomes to some degree simply because the brain is being sufficiently engaged with instructions to execute. So when you start pumping the equivalent of two full length novels into the brain every 5 minutes, as I am currently able to do with the latest MPME prototypes, and you manage to do so in a way that allows the brain to actually decode and comprehend the script still, it is engaged to such a degree that it processes the script at a very high level of priority, which makes for a much more powerful and effective program. Apparently, not giving the brain enough input makes it pay less attention.

5G format is limited by the fact that the ears cannot handle more than a certain amount of input at once. But the latest MPME prototypes have a few technologies in them that have allowed me to smash through that barrier to a virtually unlimited degree. I can achieve compression ratios for data input that vastly exceed what can be done with simple methods such as speeding up the audio. How I measure this is still challenging, so I am again going by data input density. But the amount of compression I wish to apply just depends on how much time I care to put into compressing the script. More compression = more time to achieve that compression, of course. My 5 minutes to pump 2 full length novels into your head is not even representative of the half of what I can do with this. I'm just not yet interested in focusing on compressing the script more than I have to for a couple of technical reasons, which make developing the new technology easier for me.

How many words per minute are loaded into our brain in a 5g sub? about 100?
Now that I think about it, what I actually meant was not that I want people to like me, but rather I don't want people to think I have a big ego, or something like that. I want to be humble, but still be a strong, masculine, sex magnet =].

People need to understand that there is nothing Alpha about being a "bad boy". A bad boy is nothing more than a deeply insecure control freak - there is nothing Alpha about this. The only reason they act and behave the way they do is because of fear. They are afraid that if they aren't the way that they are then no one will respect or lookup to them. Their focus is totally externally based; whereas an Alphas is internal.

Also, as for women, if she is attracted to bad boys I advice you to stay a million miles away. There's a reason that she is, and the same reason will cause you HELL. Women can be like a trap, you need to be very careful that you don't get lured into it...

Well, if my interpretation of what you want is right then you will become what you want to become.

I don't have or need anymore sleep with 5G these days.

I don't have or need anymore sleep with 5G these days.

Ok that's good because sleep is important, and someone of a big issue
