Right, but getting to know a person takes time, and attraction is instant, more or less. I just want to know what extent I can expect the program to work on a skinny guy such as myself. Call it a test, scientific method kinda thing. One guy has results and is muscular (which I KNOW attracts women), if there's a guy who's done the same program and is NOT muscular (but has more or less the same results), THAT is the testament to the program, wouldn't you agree?
I can speak about that with experience because I have been very muscular for about three years in my past. Even with that I didn't get/attract any girls. And for the reference I'm not an ugly guy, woman love my green eyes and my face in general but without foundation like Spiritman said, it serves nothing. it's like Shannon said earlier, you attract what you are and I was nothing but looks

It's your overall "presents" that women go for I.e. the full package. They most likely struggle with online dating as it's more or less impossible for pictures and written words to reflect on it. Your presents/aura needs to be experienced in person....

I agree. I've noticed that my results online have been nothing compared to real life. There IS a way to hook women online, as Black Dragon goes into, but it's a lot of work and nothing like just showing up and talking to a woman in person.

I have read some books who can explain "clearly" what seems like impossible to understand. It's about face reading. In this books they explain how our personality trait are reflected in our faces. So to some extent we can say that beauty can be reflected in our face because of that. Also because of that I think doing subliminal will affect our face to some extent and change our physiognomy (in the long term). From what I have heard in the past they used this knowledge a lot, that's why they would discriminate "ugly" people. If you are interested read some books about this topic, it's super interesting.

True. On the other hand, if something keeps nagging at you and putting you down no matter what you try to do, maybe its good to stop ignoring it and give it a good shaking with a shotgun or something. Of course its a matter of "do nothing" vs. "get lost in doing that".. It seems to me the answer is "Keep doing good things and expect to enjoy the ride". I don't expect running SM3 to "complete me" as a person, in a way that I could then feel "finished" and ready for ascension of something. There will be new challenges. Life is a witch circle

I would appreciate it if you could tell me the titles of those books, I'm VERY interested in this topic. You could clearly see in Afzgals face how his personality changed his physiognomy.
In fact I think this together with the change in his pheromonoes are the two main reasons that attributed to the compelling "dark" charisma he has. It's this charisma that makes girl so aroused around him, not his muscles or general looks as he didn't have many muscles at the beginning of SM3 but reported arousal from girls quite early on.
I can also confirm this from my personal life. I have a muscular good looking friend that is beta, let's call him Kevin. I talk quite openly with my sister and she saw him just for a moment. She told me she thinks he's quite hot.
Then a couple of weeks later, she saw him again, but this time also talked with him very shortly. Later I asked her what she thinks of him, and this was her reaction:

I wondered how girls could change their mind so drastically about something like looks that don't change that much. (And certainly not in weeks, to me he looked exactly the same as the first time she saw him)
And then I remembered even to me something like that happens... to some degree. When I was involved with a girl there were some times where I slowly developed a crush/oneitis for her and I liked how unbeleivable hot she is. I mean PHYSICALLY (like her ass is so tight, such a tender body etc. I'm not talking about "inner beauty"). But way later when I got over her she still looked hot, but not that hot as I thought back then. This effect that my perception is distorted only happens when I have strong emotions like a crush or an oneitis.
I later found out the reason for this in the book "The way of the superior Man" by David Deida. Usually a man is in his male polarity, high self esteem, wanting to be free and being on his life purpose, which is very attractive to a woman in her female polarity and causes her to catch feelings and wanting to "trap" this stimulating wild stallion into a relationship.
But this can also happen to a man. If a woman has high self esteem and wants to be free more than the man, he's the one catching feelings being polarized into his feminine core due to the stronger male core of the woman. When this happens the "RAS" (Reticular Activation System) kicks in due to the emotions, making you focus on the positive features and neglecting the negative ones.
This effect can be so strong that it distorts your whole perception of the other person.
You can see this in people with bulimia and Body Dysmorphic order. They look like skeletons and yet they think they are fat, how can this be? It's not that they have a different taste than we do and actually like to look like skeletons. In THEIR eyes the don't look the same as in our eyes. Their RAS makes them focus on miniscule places on their body where there is fat and neglect all those where they're already too thin. And when they look into the mirror they see a fat, overweight person instead of a skeleton.
So what has all this to do with Kevin, Afzgal and SM3? In Kevins case it was the opposite of a crush. He should look good, but he doesn't, because his beta personality caused the RAS of my sister to focus on all of his Ugly aspects, to a degree where he looks ugly overall in spite of his muscles. And even in spite of the fact that he looked hot to her... before she got to know him.
I know this distortion was pretty strong for me as a man, but I can only imagine what impact it has on the perception of a woman as that's the PRIMARY way she get's attracted?
It doesn't matter how good you look, as soon as she get's to know you, she will think of you as hot as her RAS allows her to. But the opposite is also true, if you're ugly but find a way to get her to know you, her RAS makes her blind to your ugliness.
So looks don't help, do they? Yes they DO help to attract woman, but they don't help the woman to feel attracted, they help you to feel ATTRACTIVE.
Most people need societys permission to feel attractive and with looks, money or status you got that permission. This causes you to feel free and get into your male polarity and exhibit all the attractive qualities like high self esteem, good body language, even your pheromones start to change.
But there are also people who don't need that permission to feel attractive. There's always an ugly guy that you don't know how he got such a hot girl. But when you talk to him you see he's behaving totally alpha, is free and always says what he has on his mind.
And that is what SM3 is doing. It's basically a cheat code, that hacks your brain into giving you the permission to feel attractive which is the real cause that makes women attracted. Do you think it is a concidence that all the SM3 journals report in the first 3 stages how attractive the User feels and mostly inner changes and ONLY AFTER that phase the Woman Shannon programmed the external manifestation in Stage 4,5 and 6? He did this very intentionally.
I'm going even as far as saying, looks aren't more than a CUE to a being a free attractive man. Getting big muscles isn't easy, many attributes are needed for that, usually attributes of a real man, like determination, being on your purpose, making no excuses etc.
So to a woman such physics could be a cue to find a man who has these attributes. That's why they get interested when a good looking man appears, because it is a cue to a man that could arouse her.
But at the end what matters is, does he have those attributes or not, is he in his male polarity or not? If he isn't, all the cues don't help you, as they just get disproved by your behaviour, speaking patterns and even your aura. Sure, go to facebook or tinder or any online dating site and you can get some attention with your looks... UNTIL they meet you to be dissappointed in their expectations (if they didn't already see through you when you were exchanging messages)
And I'm speaking of experience. I have pretty good genes (as I can see on my sister she is tossing alpha guys left and right with her looks) and I got approached by girls I didn't know regularly online messaging me and stuff. (it wasn't a dating site, it was an alternative to facebook back then when FB wasn't popular where I lived). But back then I was too shy to do anything with the attention I got from girls. I could fake being alpha as long as we were messaging but I never dared to meet them in person because they would see I'm not the person they imagined me to be. I already could tell from their messages they come with such a high expectation I could never fullfill that und avoided them.
But the girls that knew me, weren't shaken at all by my looks, they already knew how I attractive I really was and didn't need my looks as a cue to guess my attractiveness.
Fastforward to know, it's almost the opposite. I got rid of that too-good-to be-true goodlooking image of myself and shaved my head. But though this time I don't match society's definiton of "handsome" as well as a few years ago I FEEL more attractive and the hottest girls I got so far was a year ago when I had a big gut. Now I'm getting fitter again, but because I like the extra testosterone in my bloodstream that makes me horny, productive and happy all the time which of course alo helps with woman (better than the "good looking" muscles themsleves)
