Wow, great results. I can see all this trying to get through my blocks, now that you've mentioned it. Can you post a pic of yourself if it's not too much to ask? I'm really hoping you're skinny and not a muscly "sexual male" kind of guy, just because I think that muscles is what contributed to most of AlfalzG's successes.

Sarge remember one thing, looks only get you so far. If you don't have your act together inside of yourself, women will see through it sooner or later even if you have big muscles. Yes women like guys with muscles and guys who look like AlfalzG. But if he or any other guy doesn't have the foundation inside of himself, then he won't have any decent women around him. Mostly because he will find that one woman who he likes but she will realize that he is just a guy with muscles and nothing else. He might have women around him but they will just like him for his looks (muscles). Which some women might try to use that to their advantage by using him to get what they want from him, by taking advantage of him to get special favors they haven't earned etc. Which is why if a guy has muscles but has a solid foundation in himself, then he will be able to have quality women around him all the time. Then he can decide who he wants on his terms and won't let a woman use him in anyway.

Right, but getting to know a person takes time, and attraction is instant, more or less. I just want to know what extent I can expect the program to work on a skinny guy such as myself. Call it a test, scientific method kinda thing. One guy has results and is muscular (which I KNOW attracts women), if there's a guy who's done the same program and is NOT muscular (but has more or less the same results), THAT is the testament to the program, wouldn't you agree?

I can agree and I know where you are coming from because I am skinny myself. I work out everyday, I am somewhat muscular but still skinny.

Yes I know but right now I am not worried about it. I have several other things I am working on in my life that take priority and gaining muscle is not one of them currently. I look at it as, I am working out so I am staying in shape to a certain degree. Once I get these other things dealt with, then I can tackle my diet and muscle situation.
Understandable, you can only devote so much attention to so much stuff.

There's your problem, if you're a hardgainer drop it down to 3-4 and do heavy compound lifts.

it was at the peak of puberty-but I've redone it with good effect.
