finish AM6 then have another think about whether to rerun it or just give up

For real man? Nothing happens? Even though AM 6.0 already included that many technologies?

Hmm, I meant "what are you going to do" in your life? Got a plan/direction? What do you want to do/become? How much money do you want to make, if any? Married? Single? I would say that the clearer you get on your direction in life, the more AM (or no AM, to be honest) will benefit you.
I really wish Shannon would chime in, he hasn't really commented on the results/lack of that people have been getting with AM6, I would like to know if its to be expected and that maybe the results only really show themselves at the end..
I haven't noticed a lack of results with AM6 robstar, but I was half way to alpha when I started. I know that Shannon disagrees with me on this, but I do think that people with issues should tackle those first before doing AM so that they can maximise the benefits without needing to run it multiple times.

@AlphaScorpio, if you don't have a group of friends, then join something like Meet Up, CitySocializer or some of the many outdoors clubs. These are great for meeting new people, and perfect for practising your alphaness. I don't think that we can expect subs to work in a vacuum, especially with one that is intended as a social improvement sub!

For the record, I think that stage 4 is about making us more independent and self-assured.

It's not necessary a bad sign. Maybe your personality is grown and the people you met in the past don't match to your personality anomore.

Actually I don't have much desire to meet women, too. But hey, Alpha Male is about you, not about women. Even if I know many (most?) of us guys are doing it to be better with women. At least it's a big factor.

To me, it's starting to look like AM is mostly about not really NEEDING to go out and meet women or be associated with any single woman, refuse to be manipulated by women, valuing your own goals vs. women, preventing codependent relationships, etc. Basically about killing neediness, though stage 5 description mentions 'social' and James Bond, so hopefully we'll get something fun there.. And then SM/WM would be the subs that'll actually help us GET women from that base where we're fine without them and can approach & attract without being needy = creepy.

You might be right.
Hey Scorpio, you still off porn? I'm wondering because that's a factor I'm following in regards to subs/self-improvement.
Yeah sarge been off any kind of high speed porn for about 6 months.

you doing no porn?

I personally think it's a program where you need a good base to start with. If you've got no confidence and you're holding onto a lot of emotional in balance, then you need to work on that first. It certainly is a powerful programme, but from what I'm seeing it needs something to start off on.

Something else I've noted - it seems as though I'm learning 'how to be' in my dreams, & acting it out whilst I'm awake. It's weird, but wonderful....

No, I'm still on it. In fact, I'm a big advocate FOR porn (or ANYTHING you WANT to do in fact), but only if it's done responsibly, like anything. I wrote a write-up against the "nofap" people last weekend I believe, simply because it was pissing me off. ( View it here: http://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-AM5-Journal about 3 posts from the end of the page.)

In your case, if you haven't had the success you'd like and yet were still off porn, doesn't that say something?

Why did you stop, if you don't mind me asking?
tbh I have no real desire to go back to porn. its very easy not to watch it.

originally I stopped watching porn because I thought it would fix my motivation issues and I have noticed since stopping porn I have become extremely interested in sport again (used to like sport before porn but went off it when I started watching porn)

I don't do nofap but I try to limit myself to once a week because I feel fatigued if I do it too often.

tbh sarge I think people should do whatever the fuck they wanna do if you like porn why not watch porn? I am not anti porn I am just simply happy and perfectly comfortable without it.

Yeah I totally agree. Your life, do with it as you please. I think the problem with self-improvement is the sometimes-accompanying desire to be "perfect" or "get it right the first time from here on out".

Either way, I was on the fence with it for a while, but in the end, it just comes down to if you're being true to yourself or not.

Today, for example, I did so much porn I felt like a cocaine junkie out of my mind. I went to the mall to get some tea, and ended up chatting with 6 girls in different shops, making them laugh a LOT. They weren't all that attractive, but the point is I was free and spontaneous, and that's what counts.

I notice when I deliberately try to keep myself from porn, I am so in my head it's ridiculous. I'm pretty sure it's because I'm just trying to control myself in some way.

Anyhow, what's next for you?
