Spent time reading about the various habits of alpha men and daily exercises that i can do to drill in alpha traits. I really need to stop saying sorry all the time even when i dont need to. Removing rapport laughter is somthing else I need to stop.
Sounds interesting Thor, where did you read about that? I wouldn't mind having a read too.
Stage 3 Day 7

Feeling angry and pissed of at everything. Had some issues coming up in life that I have had to tackle head on that is really stressing me out. I jerked of this morning in the shower this is the first time I have jerked of in over 5 weeks. No noticeable changes yet on stage 3.
Benjamin,

I purchased the authentic PUA home study course over a month back and I read through it. We have this knee jerk reaction of saying sorry even when there is no need to say sorry especially in the UK. I have to pinch myself to remind me not to say it when I dont mean it.

Another is laughing at your bosses jokes even if they are not funny again this is a knee jerk reaction to avoid conflict. Hopes this makes sense if not just shout Smile.

Yeah, it is such a weird national trait. A girl apologised to me in the gym today because she reached the water fountain before me... and then apologised again when she had finished using it. Having stopped this behaviour some time ago, it just seems very odd when people do it to me.
Is it a big deal to say sorry? I mean it all goes down on what is alpha, our mindset or why we do things. I think at the end we dont want to be assholes, right ? Or maybe we need to be assholes first before cutting down to proper alpha, I dont know.
In this AM process I think about things like what would my role model would do in this case? What would Sean Connery James Bond would do in that case Smile
Why say sorry when you dont mean it ?
Got into a conversation on the street today. As I flirted with her she said lets sit down and pretend that you are signing up I want to chat with you. We sat down and chatted away about travel and what she wanted to be when she left university. Felt like a smooth operater whilst talking to her remembering to screen and qualify her hard.

I got her number she insisted I stay and chat to her longer but I said I had things to do and had to meet a friend for dinner. She lives 3 hours away from where I am but decided to keep in contact. When I texted her she immediately sent 3 text messages to me. Indicating I had done somthing right.
For next 3 weeks I am going to drill in this behaviour not to say sorry for the sake of saying sorry. Another one is not to laugh just because I feel I have to laugh at someones jokes.

I sometimes find myself faking a laugh even though the joke was shit. Will smack myself everytime I do that.

Is that by Steve Jabba? I just searched and watched a video, he seems very cool and the kind of guy i'd like to learn from.

I'll have a look at his book, i'm starting to think daygame is more my style after going to clubs a fair bit recently.

Yes its by Steve thats the one
17 days into Stage 3

I am back Had an issue logging into the forum it turned out to be a browser issue with chrome will here goes. Over the last week I have found myself reading blogs and articles learning to emulate the qualities of many of the famous leaders.

I have been drilling these traits into myself. As a result I have had,

1. A beautiful 20 year old girl constantly texting me over the last week (I am in my mid 40s) after meeting her in the street.

2. A cute blonde 22 year old waitress asked me last night if I wanted to have dinner with her next week.

3. An opportunity to manage and lead members of team for a particular project I am working on.

Still early days will keep you posted.
