I am going to a Spirit Forest Qi Gong healing seminar in march and will buy multiple meditations to use. Would it be ok to use subliminals too?

I can't see an issue because it's not working with the mind or beliefs.
I did it a little bit and one thing to be wary of is if you do it too much. Doing it a few days in a row it felt like my eyes were slightly burning (nothing painful) and excess energy in my body. Buildup of chi.
It would be interesting to see my results if I did it regularly, but i'm already committed to several other things. I could personally only see it increasing your results.
But Shannon may say differently.
