SM3 is designed primarily to build on the state AM5.0 gave you, and even if you used it twice without maximum results SM3 can and will help, although making you more alpha is not the main goal. But it has OGSF in it, which is almost certainly going to clear away a lot of garbage. In your shoes, I would probably aim for AM6.

another thing is that. i have tendency to "fall in love first sight" so those are the girls im going for... then i get invested in the minute she shows a little interests... then everything goes side ways when i get invested too much lol.

Because SM builds on AM. If you have blocked the progress of AM because of fear, then AM6 will help with that. But if you've done AM, then you're free to do SM.

im asking why is it better to run AM6 instead of SM3....
since both has ones to take fear away...

AM is the foundation. SM builds on AM.
To build a skyscraper, you need a good foundation and even if you managed to build it without a good foundation, there is always a danger that it can crumble.

1. I think this is some kind of self-sabotage where you are thinking that you are doing wrong by going only after hot girls and that you are not being fair towards ugly girls. You are feeling guilty that you are not paying attention to all girls.
Getting invested too much might be a sign of neediness.
