One week down, 8 hours/day minimum. No notable resistance (something I felt a LOT of with ASC), nor noticeable results this far.
Will keep rolling
1 month in and haven't really experienced resistance or noticeable effects with the exception of a large decrease in masturbation. Don't know if that is to be expected and due to AM or some external factors. Hoping to see effects from month 2!
Stage 1 isn't always that noticeable. Wait for stages 3 and 4.
