Hi all
I've been listening to BAMM hardcore lately. One day I exceeded 21 hours.haha I've been listening with mostly earphones. I'm starting to project myself in the future like Shannon described. All in all, wonderful experience. I'll keep listening more and more.
Since I am using BAMM, what would be a good affirmation to improve my golf game? I enjoy playing golf but I won't give up BAMM for a golf subliminal.
Goodness, I should hope not!

I suggest you keep it to a single statement, and that you only use it as a spoken affirmation, not recorded. Something simple, yet all encompassing. Like this:

In all ways, and at all levels of my mind, body and emotions, I now actually, automatically, continually and successfully improve my golf game, and I now achieve and surpass all of my current and future goals for always playing my best possible golf game.
Thank you for that. Also what's a good affirmation for deservedness in terms of wealth? In know BAMM covers it but I want a solid affirmation to say when I'm not listening to it.
I really don't think you need affirmations. BAMM 2.0 has your back.
I am finally starting to see myself as in it is not a stretch in seeing myself in that position now. I have this sense it will happen and I even have some ideas on how to make it happen. Never thought I would have this much progress so fast.
There is one excercise in Think and Grow Rich (a misnomer since action is required too) where he tells one to focus on a specific amount of you want to make with burning intensity. While listening to BAMM, would this be good to do?
Since all action derives from an origin of thought, think and grow rich is not a misnomer.

As long as you keep the amount consistent with the minimum necessary to become a multi-millionaire, there should not be a problem, unless of course your subconscious knows something your conscious does not (which it does) and the conscious mind is acting without the benefit of that knowledge (which it might be) and that value you choose conflicts with what the program is trying to achieve (which could happen).
What is the probability of that situation happening?
I feel BAMM is really working on deservedness issues. It's trying to get me to the place where I feel that I deserve to be a multi Millionaire and also taking massive action at the same time. I feel the changes are coming along nicely
Lately I've had certain family members look down on me because of my supposed lack of success. They think their son in high school has a chance to become a professional baseball and they essentially say that he is destined to get a big contract. Before BAMM, I would be distraught but now I don't care. I know the path I'm on and realize that other peoples negativity is a distraction. As MJ Demarco wrote, even high paid athletes can fritter there earnings away on junk and be in the Slowlane. Can't let family get you down.
So this is my first BAMM progress post in a while.
Rest assured I am still doing BAMM and getting as many hours as I possibly can.
Yesterday was a brutal day.
I have felt fear and resistance from this program such as I have never felt it before.
After that resistance passed last night, I woke up feeling so emotionally clear that I was astounded.
I have realized that my biggest obstacle to becoming a multi-millionaire is: lack of deservedness and fear.
I think the two are related somehow.
I'm on stage 10 right now and I believe BAMM is really working on my self image so I can see myself as the kind of person that could become a multi-millionaire.
At the same time, I feel that there is a struggle between this new self image BAMM has been trying to instill and the old self image that is trying to hold on.

In terms of action, I have noticed that I have had a flurry of ideas about how to get to MM status. I am spending time trying to figure which idea would be viable enough to become a MM.
At the time I am writing this, I have this sense of undeservedness in that I won't ever achieve the goal.
Overall I feel that I am progressing nicely towards the goal.
I am amazed at how much subconscious garbage I have that is getting in the way of the goal.
I am truly grateful that Shannon has made this program.
This is a wonderful program to have.

I couldn't give you a number. The process works when applied as instructed.
Just a quick update. I'm on stage 12 currently and I'm feeling more tired than usual upon waking up. I haven't felt this way since I started using BAMM. Stage 12 apparently is using a lot of energy.
