Results have been good - Subtle.. Starting to feel ready to move onto stage 2. (not there yet)
was inspired by a journal I saw on here of making the "perfect day" -- I was sort of doing this about a week ago and it went really well, now I"m not happy with some of my habits.. so I am going to try the same thing. my christmas break is two more weeks, so I plan on doing it for that amount of time, then adjusting the plan for when school starts.
*Journal my Goals every morning
*Eat healthy balanced meals - avoiding gluten, and for the most part sugar
*Eliminate Pornography Usage (I was going really great with this, very naturally and had a slip. I don't believe it's bad necessarily, only if you have a bad relationship with it. My relationship with it hurts my self esteem due to how it's affected me in the past, so I'm going to refrain as to not waste valuable energy)
*Do weight training every other day, and jogging/walking almost every day (Im a bit lose with this last one)
*Meditate and do Qigong in the Morning (1.5-2 hours total)
*Wake up at 6 AM
*Only go on internet once a day for a short time to check email/etc. (this will be hard)
*Practice piano 3 hours a day
*Work on other various projects with other time -- Reading novel, extra meditation, listening to music, composing a song, learning new songs
Granted this is A LOT -- But I enjoy ALL of these things, none of it will be work. I'm just posting this to be accountable somewhere. I do not have many commitments during this time... There will be perhaps 1-2 days I can't do all of this stuff because I have work, but that's cool. Time to get off the internet and go practice :-)
