In your experience what is the audio (AM) more effective to listen, the silent or the other two version (ocean/tricling) ?

Doesn't matter, they are all the same except for the sounds.

Depends on what I want to do. Silent if I want to hear, what people say (real or movie/games) and trickling when am not around people (real or movie/games) who seeks to communicate with me. From my experience they seam equally effective in what they do.

Yeah it just depends on your preference.
