I was initially wanting to try PTSD RA but I was thinking of trying OSC first because you never know. Maybe instead of thinking I have some complex autism/adhd/Trauma thing that no body knows about I could try seeing if its just a lack of general confidence?
And the program is free too.
I have had success with OSC 6G, notably (1) my confidence in playing drums dramatically shifted from timid to playing my heart out (got a lot of praise for quickly ramping up, started less than a year and playing for this group) and (2) couple of women called me handsome out of the blue. Of course this was not all rainbows and sunshine, I remember having a shorter fuse, getting angry really quick from inconvenience and impatience. I've used it for 2 months.
I've also used previous generations when it was called ASC, and I've also had success. Used for almost a year. Notable results were
(1) extreme eye contact (e.g. I had a job interview with an attractive woman, she looked at my necklace instead of my eyes the entire time, visibly flustered, she also apologized for not being able to look at my eyes. I remember thinking that this is probably what women feel when talking to someone who is looking at their chest, and you can immediately figure out when someone is looking down)
(2) I get constant glance from group of girls and hear them giggling, and a few times where women followed me with their eyes when I pass by them
(3) friends noticed and kept telling me that how I walk is different, someone compared it to like a gangster boss
Of course, there are also negatives:
I got totally addicted to confidence, every day I felt like I can do anything and my ego definitely inflated. I constantly dream of a lion attacking me, I block with my arm, lion bites it and shatters their teeth (crazy). I got into a physical fight with a close friend, the first time I've had since grade school. I lost the fight, that's when I got a wake up call and took a break from ASC.

I can attest to this. I hadn't used Shannon's subs in a while. Tried OSC and noticed, not only confidence, but important follow on effects like etter ability to do things/make decisions.
