Stage 1 – Day 9
Wanted to create a new thread about what I’ve noticed so far since starting Stage 1 of AM7.
After a little over two months of using Stage 0, I decided to cut it short and move on to Stage 1 immediately after it came out. I know that’s not the recommended thing to do, but for me after two months of Stage 0, I felt like I was in a much better place and felt ready to move on. So this isn’t me recommending to others to cut Stage 0 early just to be clear, this was just my experience and how I felt.
Stage 1 has been interesting in the short time of using it. There have been times where I felt like nothing was happening, then there were times where insecurities creeped up again and I was getting into my own head about rejection and caring too much about what others thought of me. One thing that I have noticed when these insecurities pop up is that it goes away quickly, sometimes within hours or just sleeping for a few hours. It really does feel like 6.5G has reduced the time in which negative and intrusive thoughts linger in my head.
After the first couple of nights on Stage 1, dreams really kicked into overdrive. I can’t remember specifics of them now, but they were there. Another strange feeling the first couple of days of running stage 1 is that I could feel this weird sensation in the pit of my stomach, almost like there was some tension stored deep down that was being released.
Compared to Stage 0, Stage 1 has massively increased my confidence and determination to just get sh*t done. Productivity at work is through the roof and I don’t wait to finish daily tasks like I was during most of the Stage 0 run. Even at home I was putting off projects on fixing things in my house, but in just the last week plush, I’ve done more than I did in the two months of running Stage 0. When the negative and intrusive thoughts aren’t creeping in my head for a few moments, my confidence is also through the roof. Eye contact has increased a lot.
I’ve seen others say this as well, but my desire to post a lot while running both Stage 0 and Stage 1 has significantly decreased. I just wanted to get this out there for a brief writeup of what I’ve experienced so far since most others are on Stage 0. I'll post when there's something notable going on, but until then I'm really enjoying the switch even though there have been times where it's been tough already.
Tonight is going to be the first night of Stage 2.
Thoughts on Stage 1:
- Stage 1 was tough at times. There were times where I could tell I was trying to resist whatever changes were attempting to be made. For example, there were times where fear of rejection really hit as well as overthinking where I stood with people, which came up a LOT in Stage 0. This was mainly in the first half of running this stage. There was one day that I wanted to stop, but I just couldn't. I almost didn't hit play one night but thankfully the push from the program got me through those thoughts pretty quickly.
- I could actually feel that the program had me off balance a little bit. There were times where I felt like I was in a fog and just couldn't interact with people, and I was mainly going through the motions. I went back and forth from being super social to feeling lost and not able to form a thought in my head. This eventually faded towards the end of the month.
Honestly, Stage 1 was more of what I needed compared to Stage 0. I think Stage 0 was a little too soft for my personality type, and I needed the kick in the ass that Stage 1 gave me. Mentally I'm feeling the best that I've felt in a very long time, and I can't wait to see how Stage 2 builds on top of this.
Stage 2 - Day 13
Stage 2 is really starting to kick in, with a lot of good things happening. I never got the internal push to get things done while on Stage 1, but with Stage 2, I'm starting to become the most productive version of myself. Whether it's getting out to do yard work or making small repairs or installs in my house, I'm not even thinking about it if I have time to get it done, I'm going to do it.
In the past I wasted a lot of months and years with mindless scrolling online and sitting and watching streams on my laptop and just feeling like a zombie. Once I started Stage 2, that's significantly decreased and I just don't care for things that waste time like that.
It's funny how different you feel on different programs and stages of AM7 even. On PRA, I was heavily invested in dieting and getting into better shape, but once I moved to Stage 0 and Stage 1, the care for eating better and working towards losing weight and getting in better shape kind of faded. That drive to lose weight is back again on Stage 2. I don't have a ton of weight to lose, I lost 20 lbs last year and want to lose another 20-25 lbs to get to my initial goal to see where I'm at and how I feel.
With all of that said, I am still completely exhausted from running Stage 2. I had to change when I listen to my loop to closer to the end of the night cause I just get really tired after. My sleep has been much better on this stage, and I also wake up really, really tired which I take is from processing what the program is trying to accomplish.
Lots of progress being made with this.
Stage 3 - Day 3
Stage 3 is so far much easier to run than Stage 2 was, at least in the first half of Stage 2. For the first couple of weeks, I was completely wiped out from Stage 2. That hasn't been the case at all the first 3 days of Stage 3. So far, I've had this zen like feeling and a level of comfort that I haven't felt in years.
During Stage 2, there was one big thing that came up that is pretty big for me. My parents are getting older, and my dad in particular hasn't been in great health for years now. Before, I had this existential dread feeling of not having him around and being able to talk to him. After seeing him recently, there was a family discussion of what comes next when that time eventually comes. And one big realization that I noticed was that I was no longer afraid of life after that time comes. Doesn't mean it'll be easy when it does happen, but I now am ok with being able to grieve and continue to live my life as much as I can since I know that's what he would want. To me this is a huge fear being dealt with and could be why I was so tired for the majority of that stage. For most of Stage 2 I also just felt off still just like I did at times during Stage 1.
So far on Stage 3, it almost feels like I'm getting back to being fully there. One major realization that came up in just a couple of days in this stage is that I finally want to break out of my comfort zone and find a girl that's right for me to settle down with. For years and years now, I've lived in my own little bubble that I felt was my comfort zone, and I was just too afraid to break out of. I'm done living in my comfort zone. I'm sure that feeling will only strengthen throughout the rest of the month and even more going into the next stages.
Both of those might make it sound like I'm not doing well in life, but that's not the case. I have a very good job, own my own house and have a pretty nice car, but there are/were things that were just holding me back in some areas. I'm done with that bullshit and I'm ready to be done with those things holding me back. Time to go live life even more to the fullest than I have til now.
having just lost a parent, I appreciate what you're going through and admire that you're facing it. It's often that people just pretend like it's never going to happen.
I was wondering, have you found any physical changes, in how you're carrying yourself, interacting with people, and how people are responding to you generally? do you, for example, 'feel more Alpha'. That was all something i found quite remarkable with AM6.

Thanks, and sorry for your loss. Nobody wants to deal with it, but I need to soon.
For physical changes, idk I think it's hard to tell. I seem to be walking slower and more direct in where I want to go. I don't think confidence and feeling more alpha is overly noticeable yet, but it's slowly improving. I do seem to get people to be more open with me and are smiling at me more than they used to. These changes may take a little longer for me since I had quite a bit of internal work that needed to be done still in the first couple of stages.
I am pretty impressed with 6.5G though, it seems to make changes feel a lot more natural.
