Just got to 2 months, I thought I should take the time to write some things.

The first thing that is the most frustrating is that initially on stage 0 I got alot of motivation, started doing things I was putting off. One was finding more training partners for martial arts. The guy i'm training with is good but recently has been taking more sessions off. I put up some posts and got a few good people, one guy come along and was good and then the next week I seemingly hit some resistance as the motivation and success programming disappeared. I say the success programming because it was the most successful post i've put out for training partners as i've done a few in the past.

After telling him the week before how consistent I am, I felt like shit the next week and the normal guy cancelled so I just didn't message this new guy. He messaged the next day saying he was waiting for a message, then confirmed he would come the next week. Then the next week hesaid he wouldn't be coming, that he enjoyed it but fuel costs alot and he lives an hour away. It's an excuse that makes sense, but I feel it was my being inconsistent after I told him how consistent I am with training. And I was telling the truth, but something really had me drained and down that week.

Also after the motivation went it hasn't come back. I've been less motivated than in ages, just doing my normal things like working out, training, my normal work. And my coping mechanisms and distractions like social media, useless shit, playing games has increased alot.

I was getting more annoyed and frustrated then one night maybe a few weeks ago I was in bed and getting annoyed at it, then I suddenly had the thought "I surrender to whatever stage 0 is doing, if it just wants me to stay home and not do much and just focus on myself even if that's just working out and training for now then so be it."

And I felt better.

The other part of that I should mention is little motivation to go places. One of these is connected to one of the bigger issues i'm dealing with, neediness and obsession around girls. The funny thing is it's partly a positive, in that my caring about girls has lessened alot but combined with that I have much less urge to go certain places and I realized alot of my motivation to go some places is hoping i'd see or meet girls there, but always fear stopping me anyway then getting frustrated and going on a porn binge. Or even sometimes talking to some and then the same thing happening, so it was like i'm fucked either way. But not in a good way.  Lol

Been out a couple of times for dinner recently with friends. And i'm noticing feeling fairly natural and comfortable and better responses. The most obvious response, similar to when I get served in supermarkets that i've noticed is younger guys being really friendly like they really want my approval.

And I realized something, I am getting good responses from girls at times, but that is blocked partly by the fact that though i'm caring about them less, when I come across them I still am attached to it and get thrown back into the old pattern. So i'm looking for it too much which tends to block it. Though the times i'm not thinking about it I notice a difference.

Whereas with the guys I don't care, i'm not trying to get their approval or do anything, so i'll just chat to them and not care.

Went out to dinner 2 weekends in a row with different friends to the same place. The first weekend it was more noticable. The second one I felt a bit awkward at first but then it flowed, I talked to 1 girl cleaning up the tables and she come over to our table to chat a little.

Then the next day went to the pool with one friend who come to dinner. I'm mentioning stuff with girls because it's an observation, though i'm trying to focus on myself and my focus on girls has lessened as I mentioned. I didn't go there looking for that, but I just naturally talked to the girl who served me when I got there, she seemed happy, one who come in the sauna, not much noticable but she did reply okay. Then I went into the spa and there was this woman maybe a bit older than me in there with a really good body and I just started talking to her, talked for like atleast 5 minutes. She was very friendly and receptive.

I noticed after she was with this guy who seemed to be her boyfriend, and was this bald, skinny fat kind of guy. Instead of getting annoyed like I may have in the past, I found it interesting. Like she has a really good body, has been working out for years and such and she's with that guy.

I felt okay for a few days, not the usual upheaval.

Until a few days ago I lasted longer without going on a porn binge, but unfortunately a few days ago something interrupted stage 0 and what it was doing seemed to disappear. This is a recurring pattern and it seems to try to blame other things, it's very convincing, sometimes I wonder if it really is those things, but i'm also seeing it's very possible it's the self-sabotage using those things as an excuse. Basically in a split second what the subliminal was doing seems to disappear and insecurities and such come in strongly like everything was interrupted.

Recently i'd been feeling some horniness at night but okay not acting on it, whereas usually I feel it one night then go on a porn binge the next day or so. Funnily enough at the time I go on the binge i'm not feeling the horniness, it seems like a fear based response to my sex drive coming up.

Also the other main things to report are progress, though they initially seem negative and less things to do in my life.

First is I quit the public speaking club. I mentioned what was going on, well I just decided to not put any more energy into it and not go back. Not a blast out email, not trying to talk to them about it cos this shit has been going on for years (I could mention other things similar for years). It's a shame because for the most part I enjoyed the normal meetings and the self-development part of it. There's not much else like it, and I haven't found anything to replace it. On the nights it's been on i've tried to take some of the time of the meeting to do something constructive.

Also lessening contact with some people who at this point it's not necessarily beneficial to my life, like the friend from the public speaking club who never stood up for me or even for himself for similar things I had issues there for a few years ago. A couple of girls who it seems it's just messages for attention, possibly from both ways honestly but I didn't think much of it.

One other thing is since starting stage 0 i've kept thinking about doing Qigong again to help energy levels and healing. But I kept putting it off not knowing if it would conflict, even though Shannon said he sees nothing that sounds like it would conflict.

But the fear is still there, knowing times in the past I did things that made no sense it would conflict and it did. Like Qigong with DMSI, the Donna Eden Daily Energy Routine seemed to derail OGSF v3 (I think) and similar things.

The even more confusing thing is that it was the day that stage 0 got rerailed that I suddenly brought the Qigong course, interestingly in the past when the derailment happens was when I had urges to do other things, methods, audios etc though on stage 0 that hasn't happened too much. Maybe brief passing thoughts, but it's much easier to stick to and the thoughts of doing something else isn't that strong, wheras on past programs including OGSF v3 it was.

Well after I brought the course than all these fears and thoughts coming up of it conflicting and not wanting to use it. Similar thoughts stopping my buying it but stronger. I watched some of the introduction videos, but now something is strongly telling me not to do it and I don't know if it's legit guidance, resistance or genuine and it's pissing me off. Because if I could do it without it derailing or interrupting AM7 that would be awesome and beneficial for my energy levels and physical healing.

Stuff like it mentioning 'emotional balance' and such from the Qigong make me hesitant, though it's mostly opening the meridians and blockages to chi and not mind programming, but still I wonder why Qigong and similar interrupted past programs.

The thing is at this point it's pretty transparent (stage 0) and it wouldn't be as obvious if Qigong derailed it aswell.

Anyway, it's good that it's easier to stick to stage 0 than past programs though I still have certain thoughts of "Should I goto stage 1?" partly because it's 6.5g and partly seeing reports of it. Or thoughts of "I wonder if I should explore changing usage patterns?" but I won't unless Shannon thinks it's a good idea.

So some things happening, just not how or what I expected. I hoped for a building of motivation and success that I had initially and for it to keep increasing. Instead I get no motivation or interest to do much or go far since I went on the trip especially (could be fear based too),and I also see that it's getting rid of certain things in my life that I don't want to put energy into anymore like the public speaking and some people i'd interact with. I can see what it's doing there, but it hasn't as of yet gone into finding something more positive to replace those.

Well I guess I went to a new mens group the week after I quit the public speaking club, which was good, some cool guys but it's only on once a month. I enjoyed talking to them, but sadly.. it's not extreme to the stupid side, but most of them seem to have the whole 'heart centered' bullshit beliefs around masculinity. Which to me starts from weakness. Yes you need the primal, more assholish side at times who can deal with things in a certain way, and also the gentle side.

BUT.. this 'heart centered' and 'love' crap straight up without a basis in strength FIRST isn't beneficial to men and seems like another way to emasculate and weaken men.

Try having some guy who has decided to have a go at you, has decided he is going to commit physical violence on you and love him as hard as you can, understand how he had a bad childhood, how he's hurting and that you just want to give him a cuddle.. and when you pick yourself up off the floor tell me how it went. Of course I went to the most obvious situation, but it still applies in other situations.

In saying that I probably give the impression i'm more on the assholish side, but really i'm more on the gentle and quiet side naturally and I really don't need more of that at all which is why I push back against it. I don't need more bullshit on how to be 'more sensitive' 'more gentle' and such and neither does almost any man in current society.

Hey man,

I can really relate to what you write about not being able to tell guidance from resistance from your own gut. I was there a few years back, and reading it reminded me how directionless I felt at the time. I second-guessed every decision and kept trying to find some "external source" that could verify I was doing the right thing.

What changed it for me was starting to actually listen to what I felt inside, without jumping to the habitual "nah, this is probably something else." Really staying with the feeling for a while, being curious about it, like "I wonder what I feel about this," and letting the answer show itself. And sometimes just doing what felt best for me, regardless of what someone else said I should or shouldn't do.

In the end, we're the ones who best know what we need. That knowing is already inside us. The only thing we have to do to reconnect with it is start listening to what we feel about things, and staying with that feeling without getting dragged off by the mind (which runs on the habitual script that someone else probably has "the right answer").

I'd really recommend some meditation, connecting to your breath and your body. All the knowledge you need is right there within you. If you listen to what your body and emotions are telling you, that connection to your inner compass comes back, and you start to feel where the needle is pointing.

For me it wasn't a "big bang" when this happened, more a slow, gradual process of learning to listen to my own signals again and letting them be enough to trust.

Hope this makes sense. For what it's worth, you clearly already hear your own signal. You write about it the whole way through. The work might not be finding it. It might just be starting to listen to it and trust it.

Not to put words in Ben's mouth, but he has the problem of having multiple different parts of his subconscious trying to accomplish contradictory things, and the one that drags him down is a very good liar and manipulator.  It's very difficult for Ben to know which one is speaking.  My understanding is that he's already done what you suggest.  Frequently, he needs help from outside observers to know what's happening.

For the record, in case the reader does not know this, Ben is currently using Stage 0 in 6.0 Gen tech, not the 6.5 gen tech, because that's what he started with and went past a month with.  He's following the instructions.  things will look different when he starts using 6.5G.

Ben, what I see is that you're making progress, and having less self sabotage and less often.  It also sounds like it is less severe, and quicker and easier to recover from.  In your case, progress is a bigger deal than usual, so I would continue advising you to follow the directions and finish the full 4 months of Stage 0, even if it is in 6G instead of 6.5G, and you do occasionally self sabotage.  The changes you're making are not intended to be fast, because that would trigger resistance and regression.  Remember that there is a BIG difference in having a porn binge and having a porn binge all the time in response to what the subliminal is doing.  It sounds like it's significantly less frequent.  That's progress towards a goal, and improvement, and that's what we're trying to accomplish.  Not instant perfection.  This does not happen like a light switch being turned on.

Feel free to correct me if anything I have said is not correct.

Thanks. I have done alot of that, just like you mentioned and more advanced methods of attempting to do so.

But i've got inconsistent 'guidance' that changes at different times. Or i'd get it then start something and then figure out the guidance was wrong.

So there's something deeper trying to derail it.

Or I get an answer that seems correct then the next day all kinds of doubts and insecurities and such come up.

Yes that definately sounds like what i'm dealing with, and it pisses me off trying to find guidance and there's constant push/pull between it.

The self-sabotage seems to be more mild, the last time it was very strong and as I mentioned I was in bed pretty much yelling "FUCK" with the amount of intensity that come up. But this time it was less.

The porn isn't alot less, but this time atleast there was more time inbetween. Basically after 1-2 weeks of not using it I start to want to do more stuff and then I might a bit, but then the porn binge comes and it sends me back into "I can't be bothered" going places and such. I know that side-effect of it well, but knowing it still doesn't stop the annoying pattern.
I think I got an answer about the Qigong. I'll lay out some reasoning first.

Last night after writing the post, I went to the first instructional video and first it mentioned the masculine/feminine balance and such. So first point is that goes against AM7 as I don't want 'balance' I want predominantly masculine and AM7 is working towards that.

Then just before they started the practical part the feeling of "No, don't do this it will conflict" become much stronger. So much so that I just closed the video.

Then I started thinking other things. First is as soon as I started watching the introduction videos a few days ago the first thing that hit me is how weak and feminine the teacher seems. Yes his knowledge might be valuable but also is part of his vibe built by the practice? And I don't want to take that vibe on.

Then wondering if it's possible my wanting to do this Qigong was coming from what I was previously doing before stage 0 (more physical healing stuff) and the thinking I 'should' do Qigong to keep up my healing and hoping to find a way to put some focus on that aswell. But there's been a constant push/pull between both ways the whole time i've done stage 0, so maybe AM7 is actually telling me not to do this Qigong. And purchasing it confirmed why and helped me to realize it's likely not compatible with what AM7 is doing.

Also as I mentioned the fact that the day I brought it was just after the self-sabotage come up, and the pattern being that is when I want to use other stuff to interrupt the program i'm using.

And the last thing. In bed last night before going to sleep I asked AM7 for guidance of whether doing this Qigong or not is the right choice.Through a dream and waking up knowing the answer.

I don't remember the dream at all, but what happened when I woke up from it was strong and obvious. I had this blaringly loud voice in my head "DON'T DO (the form) QIGONG". It was loud initially, then it quietened down and kept repeating in my head for quite a while.

Strong and obvious. This morning of course I was having doubts and insecurities like "Oh maybe I should just do it, it could give me more energy" then the same thing "Don't do (the form) Qigong" started repeating over and over again.

So that's a pretty good sign.

I'm looking at other things instead. Things that aren't Qigong though I wanted to do that to build chi to help with healing and energy. But something instead that I can do daily that will help my body feel better in additon to my workouts and training. Or maybe another form of Qigong but i'm not as sure about that.

And I then thought "Well all this time thinking about doing this Qigong and it was a constant fight and push/pull for and against it says something, like one part of me wants to do it but another part doesn't, and it seems AM7 doesn't want me to do it because it isn't compatible with AM7."

Hey,

I hear you, took me some trial and error to find what worked. And I hear you on the inconsistent guidance - I flipped a lot between stuff, and everything started to feel like this huge decision, which just tensed me up even more before every decision to do or not do something.

What changed it for me was when I started to tune in how decisions felt in my body, if that makes sense. Like thinking about something and feeling if it felt "wrong" in the body, a kind of "nope, I don't like that," the way you react to the smell of bad food or something you find repellent. Or when something felt nice, like imagining how it'd feel to go have a swim in a nice pool on a summer day, then I figured it was probably a good thing. And that made it easier to disregard the voices in my head too, whatever they were saying that day or week.
As I mentioned my usage of time wasting bullshit like social media and games had increased alot.

Well maybe 2 weeks ago it lessened noticably. I decided to delete x, and then I started doing other stuff for half the day or more like reading books. It could be more productive things but it's still better than random time wasting on the computer, which was quite a bit, though I also still got my normal things done.

And I started to notice I had more urges to go out and do stuff, and feeling a kind of boredom that made me want to go out and find things to do. On the weekend I went for a walk at a wetlands near me and found a new path that was interesting. Then yesterday I went to look at some old bunkers, I set out to go somewhere else but ended up there which was more interesting.

I'm reading a book that talks about doing trips out in nature, the book talks about crazy stuff like being in places in the antarctic where nobody else has been for a month and other things and how beneficial it is to get away from everything, the damage of technology and always using our phone and such.

Sure I could see the benefits, but of course the crazy trips are alot so I thought "why not start with very small ones" like when I went to the wetlands I left my phone in the car, so I had no chance to reach for it which tends to happen automatically. I noticed in doing some of these things that the trips or walks didn't seem too interesting, not as interesting as say playing a game or something like that.. and I was thinking that I have to do this more to get the natural dopamine system kicking in again so I can appreciate this more. I want to appreciate real things more, not bullshit digital things. The dopamine overload of it which is what these things are specifically designed to do very much takes away enjoyment of real life things and they literally seem boring, which they should not. Dopamine is meant to get us to explore the world and stuff in it, not ever increasing hyper realities that fuck our brain up.

This lasted a few weeks and I had little desire to play games or much like that.

Then earlier this week maybe or on the weekend I played some games and went on a bit of a porn binge, which I also stayed away from for longer this time. I did go through a few instances where the old pattern would have been triggered almost straight away and I dealt with it okay before going to porn, so it is an improvement, but still in the end something triggered it, something around frustration around girls again.

Doing that all the dopamine flooded back in and i've been on the computer less since, but am noticing the desire when I get bored now to want to go on the computer and do something, which is the usual pattern.

Wheras for the last week or two instead I was using it to push myself to go out and do other stuff. The messed up dopamine version wants me to go straight to the computer and such, the more natural version it seemed I was seeing was getting me to go and do other stuff. I had a feeling that brain optimizer may have had something to do with that, and like it was helping with a more efficient dopamine detox. It was going well until the last few days.

Today I was playing some games again and I noticed my head felt heavy, eyes constricted and it's weird but it seems like a symptom of large amouns of dopamine. I felt it strongly at night after I hadn't played games for a week or two then played it that day, it was partly nausea, but this weird constricted feeling in my head like an overload of dopamine and almost like a negative rewiring of my brain trying to get me to seek out more of those dopamine highs with more time wasting bullshit. That's the best I can describe it and it's very much been a long term thing.

I'm even noticing stuff like my dog wants a pat and i'm just thinking about going back to the computer or a game and it's fucked, or it makes me not want to go out and do stuff.

But when it temporarily was coming from a more natural place in the last few weeks I happily spent more time sitting with my dog and other things and wasn't just feeling like running to the computer or games or similar.

I kind of knew that if I went back briefly it would come back strongly again, it was a good preview though of what I hope will build more.. of having less urge to do this time wasting, dopamine hitting bs and more urge to do other things, aswell as using the feeling of boredom to do something creative or productive which the book also talks about.

How due to technology we generally don't feel boredom now because we instantly run to our phone or whatever, and that were missing out on alot because of that, and missing something that would motivate us in the past.

Annoyingly today with even more dopamine hitting the urge to look at x come up again, where it hasn't really been there since I deleted it. This is showing me how a good amount of the issues i'm having is very much due to this dopamine overload. Without reading bullshit on x constantly i'm not hating the world as much nor thinking we're completely fucked, which reading x too much would increase that feeling constantly.

The most over the top dopamine producing thing that I was struggling with alot when I mentioned I was playing alot of games was creating an ai choose your own adventure. It's so open ended and can be whatever you want and keeps going so it really brings it up worse than normal games. It's both amazing and completely fucked because of this addictive effect that's worse.

Today I got onto this a little again and that's when I really felt my head feeling constricted, but I keep wanting to go back when the usage resets. Dammit, I thought I had got past it when I stopped eventually. It's like I had a preview of something better that is more than in a quite a while and then it all pulls me back down into the quicksand.

I'm nearly 3 months into stage 0 now.

Initially I had fear around the thought of doing stage 1 and wanted to double up on stage 2 by going to 6.5g after a break, Shannon said that's not a good idea. Then after a while I realized i'm not worried about starting stage 1 anymore. But at the moment I realized i've got some more fear coming up around starting stage 1 for some reason.

You seem to have a lot of energy and creativity to do stuff, maybe could be an idea to start some kind of side-business? For me my life got so much more directed and fulfilling when I started working on different side-businesses. Most of them have failed, but the process of building them has been rewarding, and almost most importantly - has been something I could jump in doing when I had leisure time. That made it feel like I always were spending time "building" something, rather than wasting my time on something without any utility.

In general I think it's great for us men to find an activity where we build stuff, be it a business, summer cottage, skill in climbing, golf, etc. We need to have something thats and outlet for our drive for agency (the primal drive that computer games have hijacked, which make games feel "good" but you don't actually build something worthwhile). There as great book about this called "The anxious generation" if you are curious.

But anyway, seems like you have great potential for creating and building something cool. For me it has helped a lot in getting a sense of direction for my life.
So this is some confusing shit. Last night I took NAC (n acetyl-cysteine) to help with sleep, stiffness in my body and a few other things.

First I noticed is I felt kind of ‘heavy’ and my head felt ‘heavy’ and it was hard to think, my thoughts were slower and it’s like I was having these weird half thoughts.

I also had this weird feeling it contributed to sabotaging or derailing stage 0 which absolutely makes no sense, like with my thoughts slower the sabotage come through where before my mind was able to catch it a bit and try to stop it. It felt like more of it got through.

It adds credence to my thought and what i’ve been observing for a while that it’s possible my mind uses other things to blame for the self-sabotage.

I guess I slept okay eventually, and interestingly i’ve noticed my mind has been feeling clear today and I reakon my body even felt better, like some less stiffness. Well the clear mind only lasted a bit, now i'm noticing i'm way more emotional, things affecting me more, like stage 0 was derailed, or maybe just resistance coming up. I don't know.

It makes zero sense, other than possibly the thought of brain optimizer working with brain chemistry and NAC possibly doing so aswell with balancing glutamate and raising glutathione.

This is fucking frustrating, these things that absolutely shouldn't conflict or it doesn't make sense it would somehow doing so. But the weird thing is I felt that l-ornithine which I take sometimes to help sleep, one time I took it seemed to really derail what I was listening to at the time, but that only happened once. And i've taken it plenty of times since with no issues. So another thought I just had "is this also trying to get me to stop something else that is helpful to me".

https://www.geriacademy.com/post/n-acety...all-health
Seems like my concern about NAC conflicting was right, I asked for similar guidance as i did with the qigong and got a similar response and exploring it further it makes sense since NAC works with brain chemistry.

Sad because in only 3 nights of using it the physical effects for shit i'm dealing with was more noticable than any other supplement, but i'm stopping it because it definately derailed stage 0.

I felt awkward going out last night with my friend, not the same groundedness. I had almost decided to stop taking NAC then did one more night, and it did so worse today.

I went down the street to a couple of shops, didn't feel what i'd been feeling from stage 0, didn't feel the same magnetism i've been noticing and such.

Then tonight I had a call and message from a friend saying he's going to a thing tonight and I felt really anxious at the thought of going, I haven't felt anxious like this since using stage 0, so more evidence it was derailed.

Also more things I realized after that, the friend is the guy who is into 'new age bs masculinity' 'heart centered' bullshit that i'm against. I don't know if I wrote about it but the last time I seen him, in a group he seemed weird around me, kind of annoyed at my vibe and standoffish. This was the night I was fairly magnetic, talking to different people and the sexy girl working behind the bar stopped to talk to me, even when customers were lining up at the bar. I might not have wrote it here, but that's a bit of a hint at it. On a side note the tidal effect come strong after that and not much desire to go out since which I can see was a fear based reaction.

Anyway, what was interesting is when stage 0 was executing he went weird on me, annoyed at my vibe it seemed.. and also I was annoyed by him and his new age stuff, the thought of hanging out with him felt wrong like "ah no" and even annoyance at him too.

But with it derailed not only did he call me to goto a thing he was going to, after no contact from him at all, I also started to feel like hanging out with him.

So moving towards what AM7 is doing with his beliefs and such on masculinity makes sense that it started to seperate us a bit, but with that interrupted suddenly it's like my 'old' vibe was back and we both feel like hanging out from both our ends.

Strange hey.

I also remember the night he was weird I had insecurities like "Do I really want this if i'm going to lose friends again" and insecurities of how he was reacting, of me being more masculine and the issues it might cause and such.

But in the end I said to myself "No, fuck it.. I still want to go where AM7 is taking me even if these things happen."

Anyway, i'm a bit annoyed and frustrated as I had no expectation whatsoever that a supplement could actually derail AM7, but now I know.

Actually the last thought that might make sense too, I forgot to mention this to Shannon earlier.

First is the idea for NAC come up suddenly, I looked at my supplements sitting there and have quite alot left, I got this distinct thought of "Maybe AM7 is directing me to it to help me" then I started taking it.

Well no it fucking wasn't cos it really derailed it.

So.. a potential other aspect to the thought of the self-sabotage using other things to derail me then having me blame those things.. this time the aspect could possibly be "directing me to this thing that sounds awesome and like it would really help" (and it did help some physical issues more than anything else, but not worth the AM7 derailment) and then that very thing derails AM7.

So somehow that sabotage is searching for things to lead me to, where sometimes it feels like i'm being lead to it to help, then that thing derails it. The problem is some of the things i've been lead to legitimately do help such as a new physical morning routine.

From what I can tell so far, I can't see a differnce in the feeling between the guidance to the good thing and the thing that derails it. Fuck.
I don't think the NAC derailed Stage 0. I think that it did something that helped or in some way allowed your resistant subconscious to gain enough of a foothold to derail, as it wanted to do all along. Good thing this is the older 6G Stage 0, and you'll be moving to 6.5G stuff soon.
I use NAC before bed during the weekends and I can't say that I've noticed any negative impact on AM7. It can impact your body's adaptive response to workouts by reducing inflammation so I wonder if you're experiencing something related to that.

Once you start Stage 1 you might consider reintroducing NAC before bed since your workout routine is in the morning now. With 6.5G and the separation between ingestion and workout, hopefully you won't have any problems.

In my opinion, 6.5G is in a completely different league than 6.0G, so I'm looking forward to when you start Stage 1.

Maybe, that's actually what I noticed the first night taking it. That while in bed my thoughts slowed down and my head felt heavy, I couldn't put some thoughts together properly and it seemed to stop the part that was able to sometimes counter the sabotage coming up. And even later in the night the way the sabotage usually comes up was having more affect again where before it wasn't.

It was only after that I looked into NAC more and come up with the other reasons, but this was what I originally thought was the issue.

Quote:I use NAC before bed during the weekends and I can't say that I've noticed any negative impact on AM7.

Interesting, the reducing inflammation is likely why I noticed the positive physical benefits and also the reduction of oxidative stress. But it also does work on some things in the brain which I thought was part of the issue for me.

When you take it do you get the heavy head and slowed thoughts kind of thing? That may be specific to me, and it actually reminds me of symptoms i've had previously when I was in a much worse place physically.

The thing in the morning is seperate from my workout and more gentle, but my workout is generally around 12pm or early afternoon.

I considered trying it again in stage 1, as i'd love the other benefits physically that no other supplement seems to do, but i'm unsure after this issue I had with it.

I'm looking forward to stage 1 myself now.
