NEVER expose any female to this program's audio.
Use this program for 4 (Four) loops per day on, for 3 (Three) days on and then take 1 (One) day off. Use it at a volume of 10 out of 15 on an Android cell phone on the phone speakers, or 11 out of 16 on an iPhone's speakers, or 20 out of 30 on a Google phone's speakers. It is suggested that you listen while you sleep, unless that would expose someone else you do not wish to expose.

Generally speaking:
Less than 1 loop (usually 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 minutes) is good for a quick refresh if you have been using full loops but don't have time to run a full loop or more before you need to use it again. For example, I used 3 loops yesterday, and 2 minute refresher before breakfast today. I'll be doing 3 full loops later.
1-2-3 loops is good for affecting other people who are very sensitive, inexperienced or timid.
4 loops is overall the best and most effective option for most users and most situations.
5-6 loops is good for people who resist 4 loop, but aren't hardcore about it.
7-8-9 loops is good for guys who resist hardcore (7 loops) or who are virgins after the age of 21 who are afraid of the things that will get them laid, and who fight the program as a result. Typically, this is best at 8 loops, but extreme examples would need 9 loops. 8+ loops is usually overkill for everyone else, and is very likely to get you into SERIOUS trouble.
Feel free to experiment with loops if 4 isn't working, but use a set number of loops per usage cycle. Increase or decrease 1 per cycle. Find your sweet spot if 4 loops isn't working for you after a usage cycle or two.
