Day 5 - At lunch, I ate & drank my first can of soda (zero cola). After I finished eating, I opened my 2nd can of soda, usually it is gone within 5 minutes after I open it. This time it was too sweet, it took about an hour to finish it completely. I drank water the rest of the day.
Normal for me - Drink 6 cans of soda a day, plus soda with refills when I eat out. Now, 2 cans of soda a day, one at lunch, one at dinner. Water is my primary refreshment!!

Day 10 - 7/21/2025 - I had an epiphany that I’m not grazing all day long. I only eat when I get hungry.
Instead of 6 small meals, I’m eating breakfast & dinner. Two meals a day, sometimes I eat 1 meal for the day.
Day 13 - 7/24/2025 - I went shopping, as I walked past the frozen pies & cakes, I felt detached, zero temptation. I only bought the items on my shopping list.
