What will the effects of listening to a 5.11G product more than the recommeneded amount?

I mean, insted of one time pre day, i listen to it twice?

I had to edit the post as somehow it had strange formatting that only showed the first part, I have no idea how you managed that, but it's all showing up now.

First thing is, can you let me know an order number or pm me your email as i'm not able to find any orders under your account email.

Yes can you send me the account details by pm or store email. I'm the one who deals with the emails and store stuff.

I know it probably seems strange, but you'd be surprised how many people ask questions without having purchased a program and are still using it, which is why I generally check if i'm unsure.
