Energy and morphic fields aren't related to subliminals. Subliminals are statements to the subconscious mind, not done by being energetically charged.
As for binaurals, the theory is that with subliminals they help bypass the conscious mind so the subliminal can go in. But subliminals bypass the conscious mind by their very nature so binaurals aren't needed. It's one of those marketing points that sounds good for people who do that.
