Hi, I did use in the past V7 in 5G, and it just made me smoke more to that extent I had to stop the subliminal to lower my smoking... at that time when the 6 stage set came to the store I did not have the money to buy, but now I got it on sale...I have a few problems and questions with the 6 stage set.

In the subliminal info is stated to play it through speakers, I only have an HI-end stereo system, when I put the subliminal to play on comfortable hearing level, in the first 5 mins i develop a headache and severe tinnitus like simptoms (masked or silent the same efects), and my dog acts terrified to the bones....I never experienced that on subliminals... I also checked levels of the silent audio with frequensee app and everything is normal....
Could I try it on phone or does it have to be on speakers?
@Shannon
@Benjamin
Since no one is answering,I will just write how I listen so it is recorded somewhere...
Android,volume 13/15, approx. 14h/day.
Playing on an Android phone should be fine. I believe Shannon recommends it, and I'm pretty sure most people here play on their phones.

I played every Sub on phone, but on the description page it says to play it through speakers, that is why I asked.
It's generally best to ask questoins to Shannon in his journal discussion thread. The @ thing doesn't actually notify the member.

Phone is fine, the more recent programs the volume levels are calculated for phone. Best if it's stereo speakers. The stop smoking page is old, back then we didn't recommend listening on phones as the speakers were much worse and sometimes not stereo, that seems to be okay now.

I'm not sure what to say about what you get when listening on speakers. Might be good to ask Shannon on the thread I mentioned.

I do not remember what happened back then, If  I posted something to Shannon or not.

Anyway, I am almost done with Stop smoking forever, somewhere on the second stage  I forcefully consciously quited smoking cause i was  smoking less, than went to smoking more and  so fidgeting between the two.
So when I consciously quitted ....it was followed with 3 days of dizziness (It was a trouble to walk, I had to hold myself on to something LOL), and I have not smoked since then, and i will not smoke ever again. period.
The only problem I now have is my big appetite, and I gained a lot around waist....

 I have absolutely zero thoughts of cigarettes and smoking, so from two packs a day to 0 "overnight" with zero cravings.

Next is the long overdue AM6.

Congratulations on quitting the smokes man. It's a helluva habit to quit. I really mean congratulations Man!
I have a brother in-law who has been smoking for 50+ years now. He's on oxygen, in & outta the hospital, has COPD, recently burned half his face trying to sneak a smoke,etc. 2 out of 3 sisters who smoke like freight trains, both of them for 40+ year now. The toll on their body's is terrible ,not to mention that smoke stink routine. Good Gawd. Love them all but will not go to their homes,be in their cars or around that shit
It's sad but oh well, you can lead a horse to water but cha can't make.um THINK nor drink.
All the best. I'm. Glad someone has some damn. sense, and uses it to improve, for the better. All the best!!
