Cycle 5 - End
ASRB2: 7:5+1

The +1 on the end of the cycle was for New Years' Eve. Given the late night activities, tame though they were, I took an extra rest night. This also nicely synchronizes the remaining cycles with the calendar.

Shoulders are on and off. I realized that the hard foam wedge I have been sleeping on is likely a contributing factor. I sleep on my side, and that wedge has no give to it. So I got a thicker regular pillow and stopped sleeping on the wedge. Let's see if that helps.

Otherwise, nothing of note. Definitely inclined toward a second run after this one. I think my physical conditions will take longer to heal.
Cycle 6 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

I'm going to be looking into some physical therapy for the shoulders. Will continue with OPH as well. I'm about as definite as I can be that I'll need a second run, both to assist the physical therapy and to address other medical concerns.
Cycle 6 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

Not noticing anything different. Shoulder pain is about the same, increasing and decreasing day to day with no pattern I can see. Nothing noticeable with any other physical matters, either. Marching on.
Cycle 7 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Not noticing any changes. Not with my shoulders, nor with anything else. Feeling frustrated.

Hanging from a bar and isometric exercises help me when I had shoulder problems.

I still need to get started with a physical therapist. Hopefully within the next week or so.
Interim

Was reading through other journals, keeping up with current posts, and saw where someone had followed AutoConfig urges to increase the number of loops. I've never had that urge before; my AutoConfig urges have always been to adjust the ASRB2 cycle. And I know a lot of folks' AutoConfig urge is to increase loops. The fact that it stood out to me this time, when I am frustrated at my apparent lack of progress, suggests that I may need to add a loop.

Not going to make the call yet. I'll see if that urge passes, remains, etc. before the next cycle starts this weekend.
Cycle 7 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

Nothing different. I'm going to up the loops to 4. Also confident that a second run will be beneficial.
Cycle 8 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Well, there's definitely a difference with the fourth loop. Unfortunately, that difference has been more difficult than beneficial.

Strange dreams the first couple of nights. Acid reflux incident the third. And mentally fatigued the whole week, especially today. So far, no gains in physical healing.

There's a month left in this run. If the fourth loop is necessary for effect, which appears to be the case, then this final month may see some healing. And I'll definitely be running this a second time, for another 4 months, sticking with 4 loops unless AutoConfig prompts otherwise.
Cycle 8 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

Dreams again during the off days. Started physical therapy for the shoulders. Blood sugar seems a little easier to regulate, but still using the same dosages of meds.
Cycle 9 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Interesting things happening. Not sure what to make of it all.

I'm Type II diabetic. My blood sugar has been all over the place, but generally lower than usual even with my normal meds, diet, etc. The shoulders seem to be slowly improving with the therapy. Acid reflux has been nil.

Dreams on and off. Thoughts coming up about the past, unrelated to any physical issues and unlike the usual ones that I've wrestled with.

OSC is tempting. I'm still convinced that a second run of OPH will be the better choice. OSC isn't going anywhere, after all.
Supplemental

Had a very vivid dream last night. The best way to describe it is "the Sum of all Dreams". It was as if the themes of all of the recurring dreams I've ever had were expressed uniquely in a single dream. And I felt more "in control" within that dream than I ever felt in the others, even when things happened in the dream that were outside of my control.

I would have expected something like that on EHPRA, which I've run multiple times, or OGSF, which I don't have at all. I am optimistic that this dream signifies overcoming major subconscious resistance, not just to OPH but to any and all IML experiences.

Time will tell.
Supplemental

Another vivid dream. A different set of themes from recurring dreams. Same general feeling - closure, resolution, "all is now well".

I don't think I'll have those recurring dreams anymore; either set.

The OPH product description discusses non-physical healing to assist with physical healing. Sounds like a good fit for what I'm experiencing here. And it also explains at least some of why physical healing has been slow to unnoticeable.
Cycle 9 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

One cycle left in this run. I know I need at least one more run of this to get the results I'm after.

I had a short conversation with a trustworthy person who advised me to put a 2 month run of OSC before my next run of OPH, based on what's happened in the last cycle. Given the underlying "chassis" of 6G and what it is capable of, along with the specific OSC scripting, it makes sense as a way to reinforce, and even advance, the non-physical results I've identified from this run of OPH. I'll hold off on a final decision until this next cycle is complete.
