Stage 4 day 4: slept really well. I'm calm and collected and getting better at taking on challenges mentally. I'm not panicking as much.

So... I've started to run everyday for the past week and a half to lose weight and get in shape. I'm also somewhat getting better at work which is good. Still no results with women for a long term relationship. Hopefully women magnet will solve that as that is not the focus of AM6.

I've been running every morning so that's improvement for me to get fit. also been going to the gym in the evening sometimes depending on my mood, energy, and free time.
stage 5 day 24, ran again today. stayed consistent.
