I know this is probably been discussed before but how long should I wait before starting a new program after I just finished one?

I finished AM6 this past Monday May 13 and I’m thinking of moving to a 3G 4G program(s) - musical instrument practic motivation and master your musical instrument for speed

Usually 1-2 weeks is good to let it settle before moving to something else.
