I feel my results have slowed down a bit. this is a common theme with DMSI, I am currently (now) running OF4, I will only do one loop, then take few days then run 1 loop of DMSI, lets see.
I feel urge to run one loop of OF4
I have completed 2 cycles now, tomorrow I will listen to 2 loops as per instructions.
I’m not sure what to feel or what the sub is doing. It’s clearly un clear what the sub is doing, this is as expected as per duke experience, it seems at the beginning you really don’t see what the sub is trying to do.
Anyways, the good part is that it’s subtle, not like DMSI. DMSI requires a lot of energy, really a lot.
At the moment, I don’t see major changing in the way how I do things. However I do feel some shift is going on in my mind.
One thing I’m interested at the moment is to cultivate sexual energy, I researching on how to get this sexual energy across every inch of my body. I want to vibrate sexual energy.
If you've moved to Maverick it's best to start a new journal instead of just having one thread for all of them because it then gets confusing for Shannon to see feedback and knowing which posts are for which program and looking back through past posts to figure that out is difficult.
