Ran 5 loops ultra sonic or something ( ran it till I had enough ) and feel absolutely zen, focussed, masculine, like a fucking G
Read a couple of books for the deepening as I have read them before ( well, 2 out of 3, instagram book was my first read ) pretty good as I was slacking on reading last couple of days. That accounts for a total of +/- 130 pages.

Im watching some cobra Tate today, its all over youtube beyond the point of coincidence. Its synchronicity and not in the sense of that it is an echo chamber.
My bodylanguage is great. Like I said, feeling masculine, somewhat full like a pump. Strong with some force in my walk, some swag to my moves. Slow gracious behaviour.
