You need to be running AM6 at least 8 hours a day, preferably much more.

Yes I just read the link and thank you, I'll make more effort to listen as much as I can.
It's quite a bit different from new programs. While some new ones like OF are an hour a day, 5g is 8+ hours due to the difference in technology. I definately had an interesting time on AM6 though, hope it goes well for you.

fight with cancer is over she has around 12 weeks to live and since the am6 was making me shake I didn't want and extra emotion or fear at a time when everyone else is needing a better me. Thank you asking Z-Man.
