Last night was the first night of running the new MLS. Shortly after falling asleep I had this dream(?) I guess I'll call it. In the dream it was as if all of the junk that's stored in my memory, including porn images and other destructive thoughts, were being moved to a junk folder so to speak. It seemed very similar to when you mass delete items from your computer and move them to the trash folder before removing it completely. That's what this dream felt like, like all of those destructive thoughts were being moved to the trash folder in my head waiting to be removed permanently.
Waking up this morning I have more energy than I've had in the recent months. Also think I can feel the self esteem aspect of the program just about immediately.

You can expect that people who run this are quickly going to run headlong into the FRM kicking fear's butt. It's likely going to require a bit of time to get through that before they will be seeing the results they start off seeing on day 1 again. Be patient. This version is designed to plow through all of what holds you back when it comes to learning and maximizing your memory and intelligence. That's going to solve the issues V3 had, but it's also going to delay the results for some people as they work through those things that would otherwise have prevented the program from achieving its goals. Plus, there's a LOT of sub-goals, so there is likely to be significant need for rest, as well.
Then again, maybe it works so well that they're all off learning instead of posting reports here!
I was waiting to post an update when I get through the first 8 days of listening and I can get to my first off day, but good things are definitely happening and I feel really good on this sub.
I think having run OFv1 and OFv2 since July of last year has helped with easing of the FRM in this one, as I really don't have any resistance whatsoever to this point on MLS. Sleep quality has been amazing, and I feel like I need even less sleep and when I wake up I need less caffeine than I ever did while on OF. Productivity so far has been the most noticeable as I've been getting in to work earlier this week and getting more work done during the day.
While not really related to learning, another thing that I've noticed is that quick witted humor has gotten a lot better this week. As a naturally sarcastic person, the sarcastic comments have been coming out quicker and I don't have to think about what to say. It's weird to say that while on OF at times it felt like emotions were being suppressed a bit, and this first week on MLS I've had a wide range of emotions show from anger to stress to feeling really light like I'm just floating on a cloud so to speak.
That's it for now. I wouldn't say I'm really using MLS for I guess what would be the true intended reasoning for using it, since I'm mainly using it to increase thinking speed and comprehension of things that arise at work and (hopefully) feeling like I'm more intelligent than before. So I'm on the right track for sure.

Also is,it 6 loops per day?

One loops is an hour and 5 minutes, and yeah it's 6 loops per day, so 6.5 hours per day. It's 8 days On and 4 days Off for MLS.

Thankful for having 4 days off for the total Off days for each cycle. Last night was my first night off and all day today I've felt like I got hit by a bus.
Haven't updated much on this one yet because since my first update this one has been kicking my ***. I need a ton of caffeine on certain days just to make it through the work day. I'm interested to see how this works in the long run. I feel like the DRS has been working really well so far at least. One exec within the company that others has had issues with getting responses from and even talking to has been very receptive of my work and anything concerns I've brought up to them.
I'll update more if I notice more.
The last couple of days I feel like my anxiety levels have been spiking higher than normal. I'm not sure if that's the increased caffeine intake I've had since I'm also generally exhausted all day every day since starting MLS. Not sure how this one is going to go for me, so far I'm definitely.more of a fan of OF at this point. But this could just be heavy resistance towards MLS and the number of goals in the program. Last night was Day 4 of the second On Cycle btw.
The spike in anxiety has me worried as I really hate this feeling. It's dropped my confidence down quite a bit as well.

If it helps I'm experiencing the same. Though I put it down to putting myself under increase pressure and being more aware of things. I'm largely switching to decaf which helps some.
