Bump your thread sir. Im so excited to trying LTU v6. Right now, what huge progress from LTUv6 for you personally ?
And, can you share the experience which is conducted by USLM module in LTU?
Thanks for encouraging me to post sir. I love your user name, if you really are a magical alchemist, please share some secrets with me.

Stage 4 has not been kind on me, I know there’s a lot of shit I have to work through but it wasn’t much fun. However, I always experience more unpleasant side effects than most, no doubt due to a long history of trauma and abuse, nobody should be too concerned about my negative experiences. I have come to accept that for real healing it often gets worse for me before it gets better. I’m glad I’m done with stage 4 though, I’m on day 6 of stage 5 now.

Stage 4 report
In stage 4 my physical health declined- a lot of problems I had in the past resurfaced, including the tension neck pain I hoped I had gotten rid of for good  (it’s most likely body armoring.) Also some cold like symptoms, very mild, while I hadn’t had a cold or a flu in a decade (ask me how, lol.)

Reading other users’ experiences, I finally connected a dull pain in my lower back with the sub, it had been there for a couple of months but I never reported it since it was minor and I had attributed to something else. It feels completely different from my neck pain, this is dull and it feels like the back being tired or a mild strain from lifting a heavy weight, while the neck pain is sharp and very intense.
By the end of stage 4, the pain in the lower back subsided.

I also had the worst fight ever with my partner toward the end of stage 4 and a pretty juice fight with my mother too, especially the latter is partly caused by not having the full strength DRS any more.

Stage 5 so far (day 6)
In this first cycle, the sub-related lower back pain came back, but it’s very mild, while my chronic neck pain is improving again. That’s great news because the neck pain is major and a real problem while the lower back pain is a mild and temporary side effect which proves that the sub is working, as Shannon explained.

My emotional state is stable despite the horrible situation we’re in with this damn virus- no travel, no work, less money, no leaving the house, no entertaining, one friend and one acquaintance dead. I cannot report an emotional improvement but I am positive that the sub is keeping me sane, while I haven’t used any anxiety medication that was prescribed to me “when needed”.

No extraordinary new success and luck except maybe for some minor bitcoin gains.

I do miss the full strength stand-alone DRS when interacting with my mother (the worst vampire on earth)-she managed to get to me in a way that hadn’t happened for a long time. I asked Shannon and I now run one loop of DRS before and during my interactions with her. It might distract my focus from the other LTU components a bit but my situation of being constantly under attack calls for a maximum strength shield as my highest priority. Introducing DRS means that I had to shelf OE for the time being, it’s a pity but it became a lower priority. I hope I’ll find a window to run it next year.

Good luck with your LTU journey Magical Alchemist, you have an amazing product in your hands, I am looking forward to reading your reports.
You will probably have some good days and some bad days, and at some point it’s possible that you’ll find a “good reason” to quit (or change sub or otherwise sabotage your journey), because the sub works so deeply that it sometimes triggers strong unconscious resistance and fear. I promise I’ll kick your ass if that happens.

Hey @fab10
Your report very much detail to give me information what LTUv6 doing here. Hopefully you recover from physical pain it comes from sub related (LTUv6).

And yes, DRS stand-alone very powerfull in my experience. In my case when i'm in period using DRS, my mother doesn't talk much and tends to be silent. After i'm not longer using DRS, she's very easily angry with me or sometimes she's give me negative words and action towards me.

Thank you for the encouragement sir, Maybe i want to build the foundation first like OFv2 before jumping to biggest sub like LTUv6, i'm afraid LTU doesn't work well on me when i'm still holding irrational fear.
My condolences about your friend and acquaintance. My wife (a nurse practitioner in a NICU) got her vaccine this morning. I know how you feel about the whole mRNA thing, but we're all aboard getting vaccinated with the new technology. Like a certain famous US figure said lately, "What I don't trust is the coronavirus!"

I highly recommend that you do that.

The choice is easy for me because I couldn’t get the vaccine at this point in time even if I wanted to but now that I am getting information about the possible creation of random micro-RNA, I am even more concerned about the technology (miRNA can definitely affect gene expression and are known to be involved in some types of cancer.).
In my country they are starting to apply both Pfizer (fully approved) and Cansino (trial). The irony, the Chinese cannot even test their (many) vaccines at home because they have all but eradicated the disease in their country.
Anyway, realistically I will have to wait until the next generation, that’s both a blessing and a curse.

Meanwhile, there are at least two FDA-approved quick, effective and relatively cheap CURES (one was given to Trump back then.) Why they are kept so quiet is a mystery to me. I might end up posting some info about that in the chatter box.
So not a week after finishing the 6 stages I had listened to religiously, I determined that one of the new speakers was intermittently and randomly failing - that means I have listened at half the intended volume for a significant amount of time. That would explain the intermittent execution (as tentatively measured by the amount of dreams) and perceived results.

I feel very frustrated atm but I am still very happy with the results I got, and the silver lining is that I will probably get much more out of LTU the next time I run it.

The short term plan now becomes:
1) Always use my iPad Pro for listening, it will be hard on the battery but that’s the price I pay. It’s stereo, the sound quality is excellent for a mobile device and it can easily produce the high frequencies. By placing it behind my head I should get a pretty good stereo effect.
2) Run Stage 7 for 1 to 3 months. Three nights into the new listening setup, the wild dreams have resumed.
3) After that I will probably run ‘Improve Your Eyesight’ for three months and evaluate the results of that.
4) Because of the above, a rerun of LTU will happen relatively soon.

That's unfortunate that you have not gained enough exposure to the previous stages. Are you now listening to ultrasonic with the Ipad?

Also, instead of a complete re-run of LTU6, couldn't you just run stage 7 for 6-8 months? From what I understood, stage 7 is much more powerful and acts as a "refresher or solidifer" of the previous stages.
Yes, better keep running stage 7 for a few months and then reevaluate on how your progress is and if you think a rerun would be more beneficial than keep running stage 7.
Question - If I didn’t get enough exposure to one of the previous stages, wouldn’t that reduce the effectiveness of Stage 7

Yes, I am confident that’s a much more reliable setup but I’ll also double check with FrequenSee once in a while.

It’s not recommended for that long If I recall correctly, plus I have got the doubt I explained above.
Also, I urgently need to reverse my eye problems.

Of course a lot will depend on the results of Stage 7 this month.
ONE CLEAR, UNMISTAKABLE RESULT

(It’s not easy for me to evaluate the results, especially on an emotional level because there have been ups and downs that are also due to external situations, 2020, you know, plus other problems I mentioned in my journal... The following however is measurable and very important.)

My financial situation improved significantly since I started LTU. It became especially obvious in the past 2 months (stage 5 and 6.) I am positive that I have to thank LTU for that because I did nothing different and it’s not like the past seven months have been good for anyone’s economy.
I received money from virtually all sides - a person who owed me since 2019 (yes, 19!) finally paid last month, another person that owed me some money, it turned out it was double what I thought and I got it in my hands, another one gifted me 10,000 (story is in another thread), a fixed passive income appeared quickly and with very little effort, I am being offered all the work I want, all of which I can do from home during the pandemic, my partner is getting a few easy jobs that are virtually non existent during the corona-crisis, I found money on a bank account that “wasn’t supposed to be there”, bitcoin quadrupled and I found out I had more bitcoins than I thought, hidden in a wallet I don’t use much, other investments went exceptionally well.

I am also spending less in crap I do not need, that’s good both for my finances and for my psychological well-being.

To be clear - the amounts are not huge by first world standards, I didn’t magically become a millionaire and I still have to watch how I spend my money but the difference is huge and almost impossible to explain away as a coincidence. We were often struggling to pay the bills, we never were poor but we couldn’t afford any luxury except a good restaurant meal once in a while. It was hard to rationalize spending more than a hundred dollars for my first sub. Now, for the first time in a decade, we went on a short vacation and for the first time in my life I picked a 5 star suite. I bought myself a sculpture by an artist I have loved for decades, we have some savings and plenty money to pay all the bills.

@Shannon THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. My only regret is that I didn’t start running your subs seriously when I discovered them 4 years ago. I’ll buy my next sub very soon.

@Benjamin I wanted to post this in the testimonials but I couldn’t. Is the thread locked or are my forum skills even worse than I thought?
I'm pleased to have been able to make a positive difference in your life. Smile
Yesterday was my last day of listening. This LTU journey is coming to an end.

I have experienced significant positive results even if some have been inconsistent or temporary. I am doing much better financially (see above), somewhat better physically.
Psychologically, I am doing much better on average but with a lot of ups and downs, two steps forward and one step back. E.g., for many months I had reduced my antidepressant medication to half the previous dosage but now I am back to 75% of the original dosage. Then again, this last year has been very taxing psychologically for obvious reasons.

Procrastination and an anxiety so deep I can barely pinpoint are still a big problem (the former is probably a result of the latter.) Also, apathy and low level depression. I suspect it all is a result of complex and prolonged childhood traumas.

I think I should run OF and then come back to LTU but I would appreciate @Shannon ‘s opinion on this. (Or would E4 be better?)

But first I’ll run at least three months of Improve Your Eyesight - I need to urgently reverse a quickly worsening vision. I just purchased it and I made an appointment with the ophthalmologist next week to get the initial values , which I will post in the new log.
