I've started to see response. Not in weight loss, but in behavior. I offered to take her out for lunch and she really hesitated and then only ate half the salad she ordered.

My weight automatically dropped about 2 lbs. I think it may partially be the change in the weather. Suddenly it was cold instead of hot. I tend to just adapt and not put on additional clothing to 'stay warm'. So this is likely upping my metabolism.

It may take a bit, but perhaps this will do the trick.

If you're going to do bombardment, time off may not be a good idea.  See how this approach works, and if it too starts to fail, then reduce the time off until she cooperates or you're doing 24/7.

Okay, I'll give my current pattern a couple more days, then go 24/7.
Seems so strange that she's not responding.
At what point would I just give up? a week of 24/7? 2 weeks of 24/7?

btw: my weight is very much settled at the 5lbs lighter than when I started. If it bounces up for a day because of a party or dinner out, within a couple days it drops right back down.

This past week I weighed EXACTLY the same each morning plus or minus 2 tenths of a pound. It won't do me any harm to continue to be exposed to the AppSupp, will it? Even though I've responded very well....?

If you get to running it 24/7, run it for at least a month that way.  If she still doesn't respond, you'll need to await an update to that program.  My goal is to release that program with improvements and updates and inclusions on a semi-regular basis as a stepping stone to building the next program for weight loss.  Each step will attempt to correct the issues the previous version has, and add a new concept.  It's not going to be released as a free upgrade every time, but if you find that it's not working for you - as in this case - I don't have a problem upgrading you for free until it does.

Sounds good. Honestly, I'm getting discouraged. It takes a good bit of effort to keep this playing 24/7 in the different rooms she spends time in. I'll keep it up a couple more weeks.

The one change is that she said to me yesterday, "I'm going to go back to counting calories and being real strict" so we'll see.
With me, I've had to change up my workout regimen yet again due to the unavailability of my gym (due to stupid covid restrictions). I'm doing more exercise, more frequently and feel like I've put on some muscle as well as about a pound of weight. We'll see....

Other than that, this program is going to be cycling back around for update in the not too distant future, since I'm going to be slowly but surely building out parts that will eventually go into the next version of the weight loss program.  So it'll get an update and we can go from there and see how it goes.  I'm just strapped for time more than anything lately.

Playing it on her phone isn't an option. She uses it as her radio and she is an obsessive radio listener, she can't work without having something interesting playing in the background.

I'll continue for another week or so, but if we don't see progress, I'll go back to using the Subs that I actually want to use for my own improvement.

For her sake I'm hoping that her plan to do her calorie counting + exercise process again will help. She really wants to drop the weight. She's complaining her clothes are fitting too tight or not at all anymore.

I'd say part of her wants to drop the weight.  But the truth is, what we really want is what we currently have.  That is to say, the part of us that is really making the choices.  That's why we use subliminals.  What that part of her really wants is what she has.

If you're willing to try again with the next version of the program, let me know.

Thanks, Shannon. I would definitely be willing to try a new version of the program. After all, it was effective on me--at least at first. I may be developing some internal rebellion (if that's a thing) due to the over-exposure with the attempt to have it playing for her 24/7.

Would the new one address the source of calories? e.g. I think that she sneaks nuts when I'm not looking and somehow rationalizes it. That has improved since she started counting calories, I think. Also, she seems to have a hard time saying "no" to an after dinner drink and chocolate, usually drinking and eating the same amount that I do, rather than scaling it to her size and needs.
As a matter of fact, it has always been hard for her, throughout our 40+ years of marriage, to not split food equally. She had brothers and no sisters and had to compete for food at the dinner table and for the snacks and treats (cause you know how boys eat...) I have carefully explained to her several times that women only need 2/3 of the calories a man needs pound-for-pound because of the differing hormonal environments and metabolisms. Then she is only 2/3s my size. So her caloric needs should only be about half of mine.
She works out 90 minutes 4x per week but that isn't enough to burn that many calories.
If there's any other input I can supply that would help your next version handle the 'tough cases' let me know be glad to have a chat or to just give more detail here.
Cheers!

I don't know what the next one would address yet.  There are currently no less than 64 different goals for the next version of the full weight loss subliminal, and appetite suppressant is only one of them.  I can't add all of them at once or I don't know what works and what needs improvement.  I will have to assess my accumulated data to make that determination.  However, I can tell you that your use of and reporting on this program has been absolutely invaluable to me for knowing what to add and how to improve the end program.  Thank you for that.

You're right, you probably are overdoing it for yourself, and only creating a resistance response.  She is obviously not going to be affected until we deal with some of her core insecurities, so you might as well put that program down for now and focus on something else.  I'll get to the next version as soon as I can.

Sounds good. I'll stop today and wait to see what you serve up next!
I think if I stop playing it, my headaches will go away, too. Been having lots of them lately.

btw, thanks for the few details you shared above, I find your process and technology very interesting and I realize it's proprietary, but all the little glimpses into the sausage-making are fascinating because you clearly have a different (and more effective) approach to the matter than any other subliminal maker that I've seen.
Couple weeks later after stopping playing the App Supp, my headaches are mostly gone (knock on wood) and her struggles to get a handle on weight loss haven't changed. My weight remains virtually unchanged though it does (as it always has) go through a weekly up/down cycle. My 'set point' does not appear to have changed.

I had really doubted the sub was causing the headaches, but something changed and that is the only thing I can point to.

I keep checking back on the home page for a new version. Not sure if that's where I should look.

Any hints at what you are coming out with next? I'm going to buy another sub or subs to use during our upcoming vacation to enhance our enjoyment, so I want to plan how to spend the money...

Thanks, Shannon for some great products!
If you were getting headaches, it would doubtless be that you were overexposing yourself trying to get your wife to cooperate.

Not sure what's coming out next, aside from Stage 7 of LTUv6.

New versions will always be announced in the news section of the forum.
Hi Shannon--
I'm wondering if App suppressant 5.75 does anything to 'wake up' the thyroid, or increase the metabolism along that metabolic pathway...?

That could be a reason it worked easily on me and not on my wife.

Thoughts?

I can't discuss what it does and how.  I can tell you that the issue is very clearly that she is resisting it.  That will become easier to see when I release the next version and you can compare it to the first.
Hi Shannon,

Long-time-no-talk! I hope all is well with you and yours.

Weird year for us. I had covid in April (rough ride but no oxygen or hospitalization) my wife was exposed to the source of infection more than I, plus she was exposed to me (she didn't want to quarantine me, she just kept hanging out with me, sleeping with me, etc.). She never got it. We think she is immune due to a very early round of it in Dec 2019-Jan 2020.

Also, I lost my high-paying-technical-professional job and have now been 'forced' into early semi-retirement/under-employment. But it works for now because I'm still trying to get my strength, energy and endurance back post-covid infection.

My wife's weight has continued to creep up, regardless of what she tries. I had hoped by now there'd be a new one, but you have a lot on your plate and I don't want to bug you or push for the two I'm interested in (New DMSI and New AppSupp)
Maybe it would be best to get a refund for this version of the AppSupp and re-buy it when the new version comes out.
Part of the reason I would like to do this is to turn around and buy your relatively new sub "Aura of Love". The goals and results you've seen sound very interesting for me AND her at this time of our lives. Plus it has that fear removal module turned on and perhaps a course of AoL would be a good preface to a re-try of an Appetite Suppressant subliminal.

What do you say? Can you refund AppSupp so I can purchase Aura of Love?

Thanks!

Ron

Long-time-no-talk! I hope all is well with you and yours.

Glad you guys made it through the infections! And I'm sorry to hear you lost your job.

I'm actually dying to make the next version of appetite suppressant, but I can't just yet.

Presuming you're still within the time limit for refunding appetite suppressant, why not just issue you a gift certificate for the price?  You'll have to talk to Ben for that.

I am really itching to get to work not only on appetite suppressant v2, but the next weight loss program as well.
