Hi everyone...
One year ago I started a crazy 6 month challenge that led to even crazier results.
I was in a dark spot two years ago, and had problems with my self esteem and relationships with people.
I was also suffering from porn induced erectile dysfunction and was addicted to porn movies. I made a decision to try a challenge where I combined Alpha male V6 subliminal with NO Fap and also added many other things into the mix.
results were astonishing. Actually so great that after two months I had multiple women contacting me and asking me to hang with them and seeing me in a sexual way which was rarely the case before. After that I ejaculated after almost 50 days of the challenge with the girl I am still with to this day. Those two months really turned everything around for me and whole year of 2019 were the benefits of it. It is crazy to think that I had no girlfriend or meaningful relationship for a few years, that my sexual performance was awful and everything turned around because of two months of following strict rules and listening to Alpha Male subliminals. HERE ARE MY RULES AND I REALLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO START THIS CHALLENGE WITH ME:
1. NO MASTURBATION AND PORN - this is the real problem with many people nowadays. We are more addicted to pixels on the screen than we are to attracted to another person. This results in us not being able to socialize and having zero sexual energy in us. Sexual energy is our driving force and most important for achieving life goals. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE SEX WITH REAL LIFE PERSON .
2. LIMITED PHONE USE / IF NEEDED NO SOCIAL MEDIA - there are many applications out there to help us limit the time we spend on our mobile phones. This is another thing we are not paying atention to and takes a lot of our precious time away from us. LIMIT the time you spend on your phone to 1 hour a day! NO MORE.
If you are crazy addicted to Instagram or Facebook consider deleting your account for AT LEAST next 6 months of this challenge and focus solely on bettering yourself.
3. ALPHA MALE V6 PROGRAM - what can I say, this program is a masterpiece in so many ways. You will literally see results in a few weeks and combined with NO FAP that will be even faster and more apparent.
4. NO ALCOHOL - this one is huge and I mean HUGGGGEEEE. Do not drink alcohol for the time of the challenge. This will enable you to have total control of all your actions and keep your mind focused and clean.
5. READ BOOKS - The time you would spend on your phone or computer spend reading books. Aim to read one book a week. I have a list of books to read and I can share it with anyone intersted in going on the same journey.
6. MEDITATION AND DAILY AFFIRMATIONS - Spend at least 15 minutes a day meditating and envisioning your perfect life, your goals, your love life. Also write as many affirmations as you can and read them out loud every day in the morning and before going to sleep.
7. WRITE DOWN 5 THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYDAY BEFORE SLEEP - This is another very powerful technique that sends positive energy and makes you think about good and positive things moments before you fall asleep. Also try replaying those positive things in your mind while you are drifting asleep.
8. WORKOUT 5 TIMES A WEEK AND EAT HEALTHY - This should really be a no brainer anyway. You can find millions of workouts on the internet or ask a personal trainer for advice. Invest in yourself.
9. NO GAMBLING, SAVE 20% OF YOUR MONTHLY INCOME - Another big one. DO NOT GAMBLE. Do not go to casino, do not bet on sports or play poker. Instead every month put AT LEAST 20% of your monthly income in savings account and let it sit there.
I KNOW THIS MIGHT BE TOO MUCH FOR MANY OF YOU. BUT THIS THING WORKS. AND IT WORKS MIRACLES. I AM REALLY REALLY EXCITED TO BE BACK ON THIS JOURNEY.
