Hi everyone...

One year ago I started a crazy 6 month challenge that led to even crazier results.
I was in a dark spot two years ago, and had problems with my self esteem and relationships with people.
I was also suffering from porn induced erectile dysfunction and was addicted to porn movies. I made a decision to try a challenge where I combined Alpha male V6 subliminal with NO Fap and also added many other things into the mix. 
results were astonishing. Actually so great that after two months I had multiple women contacting me and asking me to hang with them and seeing me in a sexual way which was rarely the case before. After that I ejaculated after almost 50 days of the challenge with the girl I am still with to this day. Those two months really turned everything around for me and whole year of 2019 were the benefits of it. It is crazy to think that I had no girlfriend or meaningful relationship for a few years, that my sexual performance was awful and everything turned around because of two months of following strict rules and listening to Alpha Male subliminals. The most insane part about it is that money wise my situation improved a lot this year and I cannot help but think that there is some connection also. 

Anyway I didnt manage to come to the end of the challenge. I would say that at that time the results were enough for me and I enjoyed the benefits.

But I decided to go again. And start 2020 on a high note again, as I feel I slipped back into my old ways a little bit.
I am confident that I Will now manage to finish the program and become even better and more succesful version of me.

HERE ARE MY RULES AND I REALLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO START THIS CHALLENGE WITH ME:
1. NO MASTURBATION AND PORN - this is the real problem with many people nowadays. We are more addicted to pixels on the screen than we are to attracted to another person. This results in us not being able to socialize and having zero sexual energy in us. Sexual energy is our driving force and most important for achieving life goals. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE SEX WITH REAL LIFE PERSON .

2. LIMITED PHONE USE / IF NEEDED NO SOCIAL MEDIA - there are many applications out there to help us limit the time we spend on our mobile phones. This is another thing we are not paying atention to and takes a lot of our precious time away from us. LIMIT the time you spend on your phone to 1 hour a day! NO MORE. 
If you are crazy addicted to Instagram or Facebook consider deleting your account for AT LEAST next 6 months of this challenge and focus solely on bettering yourself.

3. ALPHA MALE V6 PROGRAM - what can I say, this program is a masterpiece in so many ways. You will literally see results in a few weeks and combined with NO FAP that will be even faster and more apparent.

4. NO ALCOHOL  - this one is huge and I mean HUGGGGEEEE. Do not drink alcohol for the time of the challenge. This will enable you to have total control of all your actions and keep your mind focused and clean.

5. READ BOOKS  - The time you would spend on your phone or computer spend reading books. Aim to read one book a week. I have a list of books to read and I can share it with anyone intersted in going on the same journey. 

6. MEDITATION AND DAILY AFFIRMATIONS -  Spend at least 15 minutes a day meditating and envisioning your perfect life, your goals, your love life. Also write as many affirmations as you can and read them out loud every day in the morning and before going to sleep.

7. WRITE DOWN 5 THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYDAY BEFORE SLEEP - This is another very powerful technique that sends positive energy and makes you think about good and positive things moments before you fall asleep. Also try replaying those positive things in your mind while you are drifting asleep. 

8. WORKOUT 5 TIMES A WEEK AND EAT HEALTHY -  This should really be a no brainer anyway. You can find millions of workouts on the internet or ask a personal trainer for advice. Invest in yourself.

9. NO GAMBLING, SAVE 20% OF YOUR MONTHLY INCOME -  Another big one. DO NOT GAMBLE. Do not go to casino, do not bet on sports or play poker. Instead every month put AT LEAST 20% of your monthly income in savings account and let it sit there.

I KNOW THIS MIGHT BE TOO MUCH FOR MANY OF YOU. BUT THIS THING WORKS. AND IT WORKS MIRACLES. I  AM REALLY REALLY EXCITED TO BE BACK ON THIS JOURNEY.  I HOPE THERE IS MORE OF YOU READY TO JUMP ON THIS SHIP WITH ME AND REAP THE BENEFITS OF IT. Most of that looks good, the only thing to keep in mind that affirmatins, and certain meditations if they are for mind reprogramming may potentially conflict with AM6.

To be honest I wonder how would AM6 work for me now, after all these years since running it.
I am in run2 too, good work keep going.
I can join you in this one but I will be listening first but I'll listen first to Maximum Healing Speed v2 (5.75G – Type A/B/C/D Hybrid) since my health comes first. I'm with you with the other challenges as those will also help me in my healing process.

For the record I have ran AM 6 around 2 times or so already.

First of all thanks for all the kind words! To everyone that decided to join this challenge I wish much success with it and dont give in to urges that will come.

So its been 3 days listening to AM6 and following the challenge. First signs are here. I always get very fast results and this time is no different. First thing I want to comment on is better sleep. So one of the challenges that I didnt mention is to stop using my phone two hours before going to sleep and one hour after waking up. That gives me a chance to read a book before going to sleep and relax my mind. Instead of falling asleep at 1 AM I now go to bed at 11PM and try to fall asleep. Had some problems with that first two nights and for good two hours I coudnt close my eyes. I guess my body is not used to going to sleep without looking at the phone until you cant look no more. Last two days overall feeling is much much better. I am well rested and I dont need to go to sleep after lunch for one hour, which was always the case before. 

I went back to the gym. I think this is one area where Alpha male program progress is the most noticable. I crave working out and becoming better version of myself. I was lacking motivation before. Results I have seen before though on my first to alpha male runs.

Now I go to the interesting parts of first three days. Let me first admit that some of it might be placebo effect and some of it might be pure coincidence. I understand that miracles cannot happen in first three days but anyway.
I know for fact that some of this is progress made with this challenge. 

So, on the second day my girlfriend invited me over. We had sex in the kitchen. Dont get me wrong we really have great sex and it is probably because once we started dating I was on top of the last years challenge and she immediately said I am the best she ever had by far. This is not to brag. As I think that was because I had so much more sexual energy after retaining semen for almost 45 days. It just gives you different vibe, you become more attractive more full of life and women sense that. Also combined with Alpha Male program its perfect combination.
Long story short, we had sex and she was amazed how good it was. And that she wants to do it all the time. She only talked about that for the rest of the day and how much she enjoyed it. That was definitely not the case before at least not in the last few months. Funny thing is that I enjoyed it more than usually also. It was sooo good.

Other thing is women attention. Small signs of progress there. An old female friend wrote to me on instagram. Commenting on an old picture saying that I look cute. I said jokingly that thats a long ago and she said that I am even cuter now. So thats not really anything you would think. But next day she asked me when are we going on a drink this weekend. Happened to me before on both Alpha runs, but still good sign of things to come. She invited me to her friends house and I said I might come but wont drink. And she said that she wants me drunk. That wont happen. 
Also. All three days I went to the gym and there was a girl who is a 9 and I havent seen before. Really beautiful and with a great body and she smiled at me and looked interested. Later started following me on instagram. Again nothing special but I havent really met any new girls in the last few months, and there she is.

This is my first update. Not much happened really and yet enough to say that this works. Much more to come I am sure. Feeling really good so far Smile
